Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in San Jose

I have been here a few times and it seems a bit slow.. this time I watched people who sat the same time I did order after me, I got.my drinking ordered and seriously was over looked for an hour and 40 mins I got and up and one server looked at me an nodded I sat back down and wait ten mins ..so I get up we my number and was told they had a power outage 🤔 so why did the people behind me get fried food. I was in town visiting my family I was craving some ice cream and a shake due to me being pregnant I went to basking Robbins with my brother the young lady that approached us said she could not do the shake because it was late for her to wash the blender like are you serious worst customer service ever thanks late night crew for your attention you lost a loyal customer I will no longer buy ice cream or cakes for my family's birthdays not to mention it was only 9:20 pm and they close at 10:00 pm pick up you're slack and if you dont like you're job...

Ordinarily I love Baskin-Robbins ice cream, and the people that work there have always been pleasant and helpful. This time around, I wanted to have shakes that I could easily carry home with me. I ordered three, one for everyone in the house, and we all had the same reaction - the shakes were very... average.
