Earlier tonight, 7-17-2018 at approximately 10:30pm, I had the misfortune to visit this establishment. We are visiting this area, and while my husband was ordering a late night snack while traveling, my 4 year old needs to use the bathroom. Both bathroom doors are locked, and we wait 5 min. Finally I ask if their bathrooms are out of order (no signs posted that would have indicated such). The bathrooms were labeled as unisex public bathrooms. They buzz me in, strange I think, then I discover why they don't let people in... I have used porta potties and public bathrooms in Paris that were cleaner. There was dried urine literally covering the entire floor and fresh wet urine all over the toilet seat. Luckily we have a toddler seat. Then we go to wash our hands and the soap isn't just empty, there doesn't appear to even have a soap product installed in the dispenser, no resistance at all when you attempt to dispense. I am literally holding my daughter's hands so she won't touch anything in there, and I am not a germ-a-phob. Then I go to the counter and tell them that the bathroom is filthy and missing soap (How are the employees washing their hands???), and the manager, Michelle, doesn't even bother to stand up or apologize, but from putting up supplies under the counter, says very flatly, "thank you for bringing it to our attention." Translating to: I know it's disgusting and that my employees don't wash their hands, and guess what, I don't care. When she did bother to stand up, she wouldn't even make eye contact. The lack of concern was appalling. This place can't possibly pass a...
Read moreI went inside to pick up my order and I forgot my mask in the car the manager was rude and said I couldn’t pick up the order maskless so I accepted the request walked back to my car grab the mask and re-entered the restaurant. By the time I reached the order to go Christian the assistant manager for no reason completely freaked out, yelled at me, physically threatening me if I grab the to go order. I was completely blown away and then asked the reason why he was acting that way he said he wasn’t going serve me. That got me really upset and nervous. I tried to reason things out with him but He was decided to not give me the order. He called the police on me I called the police on him and the police reached out to me and said that if we had an agreement where I leave the store they would give me the order and the that would be the end of the story. At this point I was so fed up with the situation that I hesitantly accepted and left. I respectfully waited for about 15 min outside in the cold but my order it was never delivered. I just wanted to let the owners know that I’m already calling my lawyer and if you guys don’t fire that piece of trash called Christian I’ll go to court and demand the surveillance camera to show who’s in the wrong here and be compensated for the humiliating, upsetting, and stressful situation I was put in trying to be a...

Long story short, I spent the last of my money ordering food at a jack in the box 3.5 hours away. When i realized this, i hit my arm rest a few times. The young girl told me to calm down, which would have been fine, except the way she said it was snippy... i wasn't even talking to her...
I was so mad I was actually in the process of making some poor reviews about the experience, with her name and the shift time. But when I spoke with the manager she quickly put me to shame. I'm not so proud a man that I can't admit that. When, i explained to her what i was going to do and asked for the young lasy's name, She offered to make the meal at no additional cost. The thing was i was mostly mad at the app and the poor girl just sort of happened to light a match in my fumes. I think the manager understood that, and without any tone or hint of attitude she earnestly offered to solve the reason I was upset in the first place.
5*, no one is perfect on any team, but excellent management leads to excellent teamwork. Good leadership teaches the younger generation good skills.
Despite the events leading up to this, this has been my best best experience at a Jack In...
