I recently visited Taco Bell and had such a positive experience that I couldn't wait to share it with others! From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with an inviting atmosphere and a smile from the cashier, Ms. Sardy T. Her exceptional service made my visit truly memorable.

First and foremost, the speed of service was impressive. Despite a busy dinner hour, the entire process was quick and efficient. The line moved smoothly, and I received my order promptly. The staff at Taco Bell demonstrated excellent teamwork, ensuring that every customer was served promptly and with a smile.

Ms. Sardy T. deserves special recognition for her friendly and attentive demeanor. She was genuinely enthusiastic about her job, which made the entire ordering experience delightful. Her positive energy was contagious, and it created a welcoming environment throughout the restaurant. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring that my order was tailored to my preferences.

Let me start by saying the 2 stars are for the day shift, evening shift gets 5 stars hands down...sooo i usually order my food in the parking lot (at most places & this one as well), then I pick up in the drive thru never an issue because most places dont start preparing your food until you arrive. I pulled up & said I have a mobile order, shes says pull around, I get to the window & she asks me to pull back until my food is ready, ummm why can't sit at the window while my food is being prepared im thinking, I reluctantly said ok & pulled back, my order was ready in like a few minutes as shes waving me forward, I asked why I had to pull back & she said to make sure my order was fresh & out in time (which i didn't believe btw), my issue is why can't I wait there while my small order is being made? & Are you doing something with my order or food you dont want me to see? This isnt the 1st issue with the day shift, but definitely the most suspicious weird one...this location has my business because of the night shift, day shift including the manager really need to shadow them & brush up on customer service...I also witnessed 2 cars in the drive thru while at the light, that did have to pull back to get their food...so if something happens again (if I go back duringthe day), I will cancel my order & take my concerns further than...

Never had any bad experience before but 07/18/2025 around 10:15 pm i ordered online using mobile app i went to the first window straight i had a order number and online receipt the old lady with very low english she keep asking my name i repeated many times she asked me to show name on receipt but there was only order number on the digital receipt .. she told me its not the address you came at wrong address i said its 2284 Monterey rd .. she was very puzzled and seems don’t know what to do she told me to go out of the line and wait outside .. i was getting late for my work she wasted my 20 minutes i had to cancel the order .. whole night didn’t ate anything at work 8 hrs without lunch .. if owner reading my review please have someone at least with good english and confidence .. a employee who doesn’t fool a...
