Check out Altitude for a way better experience and worth it! This place barely has anything. Very disorganized!!!! Different people also misinform wrong information from making reservations over the phone, from week day staff that I came in days before a reservation for the weekend through staff AND management having to change time slots and room availability since we went from a 7pm jump that means 9-10pm room time and was told there were no other slots a week in advance then a couple days before event checked out the facility & staff there vs on the phone people are off, then eventually was able to get a “1245” slot but really means 245-345p slot which they don’t mention. They confirm tables can be used outside of the room but staff & management on the weekends will hackle you with all different information. This is a very unprofessional and unorganized location. There are break ins as well. No security and unsafe. Their speaker system was also stolen. Came early to sit on tables day-of morning of party & misinformed again. Paid for $580 VIP package, $43 per child after 10 minimum but treated terrible!! Includes outside food but for $50/HALF hr to Eat it during the 2 hrs paid for all the jumpers to jump, u are not allowed to eat the food brought in. Only allowed to eat one hr. Including cake time. They did NOT bring us into the room 15 mins prior like they state, to decorate & set up. After 5 mins the “helper” for the room was now being asked to do something during the time and disappeared with no one else covering. While scrambling to do the room and pass out drinks and pizza they are informing they’re going to charge for food being on the tables outside of the room when we are already charged for food being brought in, food being eaten and now food being on tables? Was again misinformed carts can be used but hackled to get items off of them ASAP because there aren’t enough carts for 5 room locations and they don’t have enough for the food and gifts and kids items(shoes/socks/jackets) for big parties. Very poor customer care and this location is money hungry because they lack a lot of money needed to update the facility. They need to fire management and it’s unsanitary. The girl wit the pink crocs was spraying while children were playing on the arcade games and is a safety hazard due to chemicals on the young children. She also is very rude as well as the manager on duty, the short Hispanic big eyed big head woman. Very unpleasant when she approached me with attitude for absolutely no reason from the both of them. Again, very unprofessional and I have no idea how they were hired in customer service because they have absolutely no clue how to talk and treat customers. They were rude and all talking shit with other staff and making it uncomfortable for all attendees of 50. They cannot handle big parties forsure and were terrible!’ Do yourself the favor and go ANYWHERE else! They suck so much here and just want to charge for breathing. I get they’re trying to make any type of sales like membership but make it worth even a penny to consider. they lie about booked out parties to make you book but really it’s not then change it last minute. They lie from reservations to servers for this location. Go ANYWHERE else. Altitude is on the same road and not that far down the street. You’ll thank me for this review. They suck here....
Read moreBased on 3 visits from Feb-March 2022: 1st visit on Feb 23 at 2:30pm for an hour. Purchased a ticket for toddler pass and their pair of mandatory gripper socks $7(no option for the cheapest socks when buying the ticket online) plus a 50 cents of processing fee. My child had fun on his first visit, but there were some big kids jumping along and I was worried for my child safety. The dodgeball area was very busy with wild big kids and teenagers played along with the smaller kids. We had to leave 15min sooner on our first visit but my child enjoyed his first visit. The 2nd visit on March 1st at 5pm for an hour, passes bought online on their website: it was not crowded. I have my 10y and 5y this time. My children were able to enjoy all the sections including the dodgeball area. Then 15min before the times up, kids of different sizes started to arrive and it started to get busy. My oldest child was wearing a pair of NEW, CLEAN gripper socks from HOME, that I purchased elsewhere. Both of my children had fun. 60min is just enough for them. The 3rd visit on March 4th at 4pm: got both children again to meet up with their friend(who thanks to me, Rockin'Jump got a new customer). While keeping my two eyes for my children who each chose a different location, I caught a guy with black T-shirt with "manager" written on the back talked to my oldest child and I saw from afar that my child wasn't feel comfortable whatever that guy said to her. My child eyes were watery and started to cry while telling me that she wanted another gripper socks. She told me that guy said she is not allowed to jump with other than Rockin' Jump socks. I confronted that guy in black tee with "manager" written on the back asking why not. His replied was "it's the policy"and "my child is not allowed to jump with OUTSIDE gripper socks. I didn't want to cause a scene and went ahead to get a pair of the cheapest sock, $3:50 plus tax. Surprisingly, there is an option to get a half price socks at the store, not when buying passes online. The place was crowded with some adults and many big kids arrived around 5:30pm. Some kids were playing rough at the dodgeball area.
Note to team members: Please find an adult/guardian/or a parent of the child to discuss the prohibited OUTSIDE grip socks. DO NOT go to the minor and telling them they are not allowed to wear a pair of OUTSIDE gripper socks.
Third time is the charm...
I had good experience at the check in. Mainly because I purchased online in advance. I had the same person assisting me at the checkout at all 3 visits. Very uncertain for the 4th visit.
Tips for 1st time visit for parents/guardian: sign in your long waivers at home and please read them all and understand them...
Read morePLEASE DO NOT BRING YOURSELF OR YOUR KIDS TO PLAY HERE. I was at the Skyzone in San Jose located on Monterey Road and when I was playing with my nephew in the basket ball court i was standing on the orange padding waiting for my nephew to finish playing, when i kid ran at the same time across on the orange padding, the padding completely moved off the area it was supposed to be strapped to and it exposed the whole underground of the trampoline area, concrete, metal wiring and springs were exposed and if I were a smaller child i could’ve definitely slipped that through that very moment and hurt myself severely. I thought that this was very dangerous and as soon as i was stepping out of the basketball court with my nephew my whole leg slipped through the orange padding on the exit walkway and i fell through the springs and trampoline parts of the walkway and i fell thigh deep into this area and scraped my leg and was in severe pain. Im having troubles walking now, I went straight to the manager on sight who was a girl named Angelika i reported that i wanted that jumping area shut down because A. THERE ARE NO SUPERVISORS PRESENT, B. THE HOLE IN THE PADDING CAN CAUSE A CHILD TO SEVERELY HURT THEMSELVES OR POSSIBLY CAUSE DEATH IF THE FALL COMPLETELY THROUGH TO THE CONCRETE. She calmly said that theres nothing she can do about it right now because they supposedly ordered new padding that should be on the way, and they she has already known of previous people falling through. I told her there should be no reason anyone should be walking anywhere near that jumping area especially knowing that people are getting HURT. She suggested that I contact the Main Manager above her through email, as if thats going to stop a child or adult from hurting themselves after that moment. I walked back the area where i had slipped through to see what they were going to do about it and they had sent over a guy to place the padding back over on the same area without strapping anything to the padding. Its disgusting how these kids who are working behind the register don’t care what would happen to a future guest. Im sure if it was one of there family members or friends falling through and hurting themselves they would be furious. I BEG ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND PLEASE ENJOY THERE DAY AT A NORMAL PARK, NOT A HAZARDOUS TRAMPOLINE PARK. DO BETTER! I WILL BE SEEKING TO...
