I know we are in some troubling times although I don't see that changing the customer service I have been experiencing in diverse places we shop and eat. The two young ladies working today at this particular Starbucks at Target on Story Rd. seemed unhappy to say the least. I took my mother to pick up prescriptions and she hardly gets out lately because even at her age she stays home to take care of her Mother, my Grandmother, so this was a treat for her. The attitude of the cashier was as if she didn't want to deal with us. I give her much credit though she actually was able to change her attitude after she (I'm assuming) realized it wasn't making a good impression. Thank You Dear , Good Job, that is not easy to do. We ordered 2 dragon drinks. Which is what I order all the time from any Starbucks I go to. When I seen the other young girl who looked really sweet first off, making them I asked her if she was making Dragon Drinks and she replied Yes. I said oh, that it looked like she was making Pink Drinks. She insisted and gave a really rude tone. Instead of asking or trying to fix whatever I was referring to. She gave me a shut up tone and handed us our drinks. Thank You for your service. It was terrible . I'm sure it doesn't matter to you just one customer opinion but Customer Service means everything. If you are having a tough day or don't like your job there are other people who would love your job and you should find something you love. Whatever it is making you unhappy to talk to customers the way you do, I Hope You can fix it or figure it out. One of the worse things is taking be your lack of happiness at your job out on customers. I work with people all day. I know how it is to have to smile when your down... The drink wasn't made properly. It tasted like slightly flavored coconut milk. I was wrong. It definitely was not a pink drink nor was it a Dragon Drink either. If your new may I suggest taking a pic of the Instructions and studying them, unless you do not take your job seriously. Either way. God Bless I hope you...

The cashiers are not only bad in the way that they care dressed, but the female that took my order disn't greet me even when I told her good morning, I didn't get a response. She didn't look at me once, at least to acknowledge that she heard me. I placed my order and she didn't ask for my name so she just let my order sit on the counter for a good 5 min until I went up to ask. Staff has experienced and it shows 5 people running a drive thru and the indoor register for walk -ups And I didn't see or hear any staff say 2 words to each other in the 10 mins I watched them work. If the place is busy and quiet at the same time,the staff know what the other members R doing.. Quick And Always Busy drive...
