Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in San Jose

Where do I even begin? Ordered online through my phone. It charged my card and told me it would be ready in 15mins. Arrived at location. Location was closed! Called customer service. Nothing was done. Representative let me know that the general Manager would be calling me within the next 3 business days to get a refund.

This has to literally be a joke of some kind. I got no pizza, no refund, wasted my time and gas driving here and now I have to wait 3 days to get my money back?! Pizza Hut, your a dam Joke to the business world. I'm beyond infuriated with the situation.
