I’ve purchased Kirby boxes for 21 before and thought it was bad but I went yesterday and they had lost origin boxes in the back and when I asked how much the lady said there was no price but the packs would be 9.99 each and normally these at Best Buy would be 4 dollars I bought them last week so already a scam or something weird going on and she tells me I can’t even buy the box because it’s not in the system and to come back tomorrow. Today I call and ask if the prices are on the box and I can hear her talking to her manager in the back and she comes back and tells me she can’t sell them at all. I then ask her why she can’t and she just making up excuses saying the prices aren’t finalized and she doesn’t know when they can sell them but the packs would still be 9.99 I don’t know where she got that price from if she isn’t allowed to sell them so I kindly ask to talk to the manager and she starts being rude and telling me the manager is busy and that I am attacking her I say “no can you just please tell me when I can come in to buy them since you told me I can come in today?” She then replies maybe next week ? I have spent hundreds at this store why try to keep me from buying the boosters are they exclusive for other people is a race thing i don’t know but I would not come here again.
