I think they did a good job though I was surprised to find a couple empty soda cans in the back floor. Still it all looks really good (I got the Ultimate VP wash and TBH I would not consider myself super picky). I would not advise paying on-line, it accomplished nothing. First, they email you a QR code that would not display on my iPhone. It would on my Mac so I had to take a screen shot on my Mac and use that. Second, when you pull up to the wash they can't do anything with the mobile device, you have to point on their big sign to the wash you ordered then they fill out a paper to take inside. But there was a $5 oversize charge I had to pay since I have a larger SUV which required I put my credit card in anyway. Then I had to look up my credit card transaction for him to know what I paid, then he had to scan the screen shot I had emailed myself of their QR code. Quite involved all the while holding up the line in the store. I suggest just paying for the whole thing inside at once.

The most pathetic car wash. They don't deserve even 1 star. Had been here on 5/21/2017 and chose to get VIP Hand wash. Their website said $21.95, but they said their prices recently changed and I had to pay $24.95.

First of all, the people who wash the car are not informed about what kind of package the customer chose. I had to explicitly ask them to clean/ brighten the tires as my car wash package included that. So many things were undone and when I started pointing out the parts which were not cleaned, they were annoyed. I paid a $5 tip just to realize that they had not vacuumed the front seat. Attached are the photos. When I called them back to vacuum the front, they just totally ignored me and left. The people here are very rude, this place is not worth a single penny. I took my car to this place for washing and vacuuming. While they were working, I was sittings there and watching how careless and unprofessional they were working. They even didn’t take out the carpets for vacuuming. After just 15 minutes they told me my car was ready! I went to check inside the vehicle. Dust was everywhere on my dashboard and center console. They even didn’t vacuum under the carpets and gaps between seats. I asked them politely to clean the inside of the car. My small dog was sitting in the passenger front seat while the guy returned to my car. The guy squeezed my dog between himself and the center console to clean the dashboard. He acted like my dog didn't exist there! My dog was scared and shaking. The people working here are unprofessional and disrespectful. They charged me $50 for all the drama and disaster...
