William Launderland — Local services in San Jose

Although this place is always crowded its actually great for day of laundry or quick load or two. Price is average. But I do love that it is ALWAYS kept nice clean and fresh its never too hot or too cold either. People who own/manage are nice. Although like in just about any coin o.o don't you dare go to get quarters from their machine because its a VERRRRRRY BIG NO NO! Maxhine work very well and are great variety in sizes so you can do a load of 2 sleepomg bag or comforters and a small load of delicates. They do cater to their customer. They also have a few arcade games many t.v.s and even casino type games. From Fri to Sun outside you'll find the "corn man" as my 6 year old calls. And well the community. Its one of my favorite parts of the neighborhood. Lots of choices of places to eat. You can even find little shops clothing beauty storws a tattoo spot and smoke shop all near by. But lots of street folk here and now been smelling too much of cigarette smoke. There is something illegal going on downstairs...

Fairly clean and fairly priced, but don't come here after 5pm if you have more than one load. I was waiting for my final load to finish drying at 7pm. There was only 15 minutes left, but an employee turned the heat up on my dryer without asking me and tried explaining that they had to close.

That's the only incident I've had here in the past few months, and the same employee ran out the door to give me a sock that I dropped, so I guess it cancels out. It's also too close to me to justify going...

The people who work there are really nice. They have no problem with my big dog joining me inside while i wash. The only suggestion i would have for them is they need to have soap in the bathroom. They have never had soap to wash your hands which is disgusting now that i really put some...
