I want to say that your sales person did a wonderful job in his sale. I am totally disappointed with the way your customer services handles issues that may arise. The arrogance of your employees gives a bad taste to your company. I have worked customer service and have the experience of how one should treat a customer no matter what the circumstances. Speaking over the client should not happen. It is important to listen to the client and then respond. You should not respond with arrogance yet with a pleasant voice. Your response should be " I am sorry for your inconvenience, let me see what can be done to fix this situation". The customer is priority . Communication skills are very important in a sales business. This should be fixed immediately.
I spent over 10k in your store and my only disappointment was the way I was spoken to. Ex. I get called that delivery is on the way. My response: Today is Tuesday, I asked for delivery for Wednesday. CS: Well it is on the truck and being delivered today. Customer service never said, let me check when your delivery was scheduled, There may be an error. The tone of the agent was completely off and she sounded as if she were mad at me. Arrogance unacceptable. Me: I am not home today , I have a doctor's appointment. CS: Well there on their way Me: What time will they deliver ? CS: I don't know, we don't have a time Me: I won't be home CS: I will speak to my supervisor and get back to you.

Read moreBought a refrigerator on May 2021 and was never advised of the exchange or reimbursement policy. I had the misfortune of picking the wrong size of the refrigerator for my kitchen. When I went in person to seek information for exchanging the refrigerator for another one straight away they told me they were going to charge me from 15%-20% for the exchange and If I wanted to return the refrigerator that I be will charged from 20% to 60%. We're talking about a refrigerator that I had only for a few days, completely new in its box. I didn't even connected the thing to the wall! I tried to plea for the charge but no options given only that they could bring the charge down to 10%. I will never buy here again. There are other establishments like Home Depot that don't give you so much of a hassle. The only reason I did not buy it in Home Depot was because they didnt have it. If you can, Please take your business elsewhere. No worth the money...
