I rated this 2 stars because of this 3 reasons.
I call them in advance for a appointment. It was scheduled for 2:00 pm got there two hours early and still they ended up helping me around a hour after my appointment. That shouldn't bother me really except i was with my daughter standing outside and they were due on my appointment.
One of the technician was acting uncanny when it came to my warranty asking if i knew about the policy of applecare+ and how it works in PR they told me i wouldn't get charge while talking on phone later on when i meet with them they said the opposite then they change their mind when i insisted ' i shouldn't get charge.
Upon returning to pick up my device' I again call in advance they didn't pick up the phone so i went there and hour before their closing. Eventually i get inside there's a guy who i haven't seem before but knew everything about my devices. He ask me if was the person who call and was told that they were closing ' he gave me a look like he was certain i was the person and i reply saying that they wouldn't answer the phone so i decided to stop by and pick up my device' Regardless of what he said what really bother me was that he was complaining about the applecare+ coverage something that doesn't have to do with me directly and how practically they don't get pay for that. He went on saying he was going to start charging 10 dollar for applecare+ services something that really doesn't bother me except it didn't came up right the way he said it or the technician tried to say it. He told me to give a review so here's a honest one is not a bad place maybe it was just a bad day for them just as it was for me you can't please...
Read moreI had an appointment scheduled (a weeks in advanced) , the night before my appointment I received a text at 7 pm to confirm and to provide specific details prior the appointment. In the process of providing my info , the employee requested a deposit (via ATH móvil ) and I informed him I couldn’t do that and that the employee that scheduled my appointment informed me I could pay in person. The minute I mentioned this to the employee, he got hostile and rude with me. I told him he was being very unprofessional and that I’m just repeating what the Previous employee had informed to me and that also, I was referred by AT&T to ask for their services or another company that’s Apple certified. The employee got nasty on me (All this vía text at 7pm) writing with typos as if I was texting with a 5 year old saying things like “ well here’s the other company’s number go with them , my boss is the best .... “ I tried telling him I didn’t say I was gonna go ask for another companies service but that I was just saying AT&T mentioned I could receive free service to check my mobile device since I just bought my phone 2 weeks ago. He got so nasty I had to ask him to stop texting and that I didn’t want service from this company anymore. It got to the point I even considered changing my phone number so this person wouldn’t have my information. Very very unprofessional, wouldn’t ever recommend this...
Read moreI was referred to Mac Line by Apple when my magic keyboard (still under warranty) stopped working. My only option, according to Apple, was to submit the request through Mac Line because they would not ship directly to me. The request was submitted, and I was told it would be a few days for the keyboard to arrive since they do not keep stock there. Apple kept rejecting the claim because they could not pull up the serial number which is no fault of Mac Line. I know this is true because when I first called Apple, the person I spoke with had the same issue. It took more than just a few days for them to get the new keyboard, but again, it was no fault of Mac Line.
