Burger King — Restaurant in San Juan

Worst Burger King ever!!! They take forever to take and give your order. The food is always cold and the cold drinks are always room temperature.

I always hesitate to go to this Burger King, and every time I go, it's just a reminder of how horrible the service is. The employees take too long to take and give orders. You can clearly see them out of their stations just to gossip with one another and not do their work as supposed to. Due to this, my food always ends up cold, and my drinks warm. One time, I waited 35 minutes for a 6 nugget combo order. THIRTY-FIVE MINUTES IN A DRIVE THRU! Every time I go there, I feel like a teacher in middle school. Unfortunately having the ability to dine in during breakfast was impossible. Doors were closed and it was 8:45am in a Saturday nevertheless.
