I like Starbucks, but the Cupey store is always lack of something; or the are out of large cup, or they are out of coconut milk; they also do not have too much variety of coffee’s like Starbucks Brasil, which has lots of variety (locally and international). Also, that chain store do not sponsor veterans during the Memorial Day. Shame on them….

This is a newer review about the store employee, including the supervisor I just spoke to by phone: Mr. Joseph Rivera.
Mr Rivera when someone, let’s say, a customer calls you, in this case me requesting the store locations and the store number, you said the following: I am sorry but I can not give you that information simple because that’s what you were told. Not only you were lack of professionalism, customer friendly, but bad behavior as a first line supervisor. My experience regarding that particular store is that most employees need retraining in customer relations. Good customer skills and experience is good for business, because they can bring new customers that can multiply the sales by thousands, even millions and the store could always be in positive numbers. So when you have a positive attitude and live by these values, setting the example, can help your co-workers be more friendly, do what’s right and have a better work atmosphere, even work harder with no complaints. I am hoping that maybe next time, my experience and opinion can change for the better in that store.

I always have to ask employee to make it hotter because I am taking it to work and when I do not ask it’s because I forget to request them to heat it a little more, so I ended to dump the coffee. Read moreI am not kidding when I say I had to wait 30 minutes for a cup of cold black coffee (that they forgot to ring up), a cold bagel, pre-cut banana nut bread, and a pre-made cake pop. Add onto that the 10 minutes I had to wait to even place my order. Workers were nice, but they moved at a snails place. Thankfully all the customers were patient, but I was ready to walk out before I even received my order. Not to mention I had a fussy baby in my arms the whole time.
