To who is my concern: I don’t live in PR but I own a house there. I need to buy furniture for the entire house and I got this store on my list to buy the furniture. I just put all in my cart and I was ready to make the purchase, something stop me. I google the reviews and I see why I stopped. The reviews is very important when you decided what store offers good customer service, quality, return policy etc. Let me give you an advice and why I would not buy from you guys if your policy still the way it’s. 24 hr no return after is delivered. Who has time that quick to do that, you guys is giving hard time to the customers for defective furniture and you guys offer purchase online, you guys know that it’s impossible for the customer to see the merchandise like when you go to the store. It doesn’t make sense, online purchase shouldn’t be in the category for not return or refund even on sale merchandise or liquidation. Too bad that this store has this policy. Read moreWe order a very expensive sofa on Nov. 26, 2023 to be delivered on Jan 2, 2025. The order invoice said Jan. 1, 2024, New Year’s Day, so obviously was to be done next day. It didn’t happened and I called Jan. 3 to find out. They told me they will call priority to set another day. That did not happened so I went to the store three days later and told me that it will be delivered next Monday January 8th. They did not call that day and it was not delivered, with an stupid excuse that because it was a second floor (although the order invoice said so very clearly) so I went next day, they apologize and I asked for a refund but they make the compromise and was scheduled to to be delivered on Wednesday Jan. 12th by the manager himself after 5Pm. Read moreUPDATE: I was contacted by store representative Valeria Loyo, who came to my home with the repair team and assured the chair was so that it alligned up correctly. Ms. Lolo was polite, and followed through with her time estimates. I was not able to be there physically to verify the mechanics work as they should but trust they do. I am changing my review to 4 stars until next month when I can verify in person. I will switch the review to 5 stars at that time as I was very happy with how the issue was corrected. I would suggest to the store to possibly change the reporting of issues to be a bit easier.
