KFC — Restaurant in San Juan

I have never been to a KFC so unprofessional, we asked for a family deal mixed. we got only legs and thighs, (I don't eat that) we went back to the store and the manager was very rude and said we should ask first if they have breast!!! he said and I quote "We almost never have breasts, you should ask before ordering". and then this is kind of funny, he said they have chicken ribs and offer a box of chicken ribs. I don't think the manager know what type of meat he's selling saying he didn't have breasts but they had chicken ribs 😒🙄also they never give us the receipt. Never going back. better go to Church's chicken it taste better also...

Aquí los empleados no quieren cocinar. Por eso cierran negocios y se quedan ellos después sin trabajo. Entiendo que a lo mejor es porque está lento el día y es para ahorrarse las pérdidas. Pero al menos, deberían tener TODOS LOS DÍAS Y A TODAS HORAS, 5 PECHUGAS Y 5 COSTILLAS PREPARADAS PARA SERVIR. Llevan cómo 10 años haciendo que el cliente espere 30 minutos por una pechuga o costilla. Definitivamente a KFC no le interesa el servicio al cliente. Nunca he conocido otro fast food en Puerto Rico donde te ofrezcan un producto y no lo tenga preparado o que te hagan esperar más de 10 minutos por prepararlo. No sé quién les dio la recomendación de no tener preparadas ciertas presas ? Queriendo "ahorrar" terminan SIEMPRE PERDIENDO porque quién en su sano juicio va a un fast food a esperar 30 minutos por unas presas de pollo ? Tod@s sus clientes se les están yendo. Para colmo de males, el sándwich Chicken Lovers que pedí para mi padre, tenía un pelo. 🤦🏼‍♀️😡 En fin, están peor que Church's Chicken y eso es mucho decir. Doy este review en general, no sólo de este KFC, porque a todos los que voy hay algo básico de un fast food que los KFC tienen que mejorar. De siempre me ha encantado KFC y todavía me encanta pero definitivamente tienen que mejorar en TODOS LOS ASPECTOS. Ahora prefiero dar el viaje hasta Chick Fil A, comer bien y tener una buena experiencia, que comer en un KFC.
