Really bad service by the company(not by the store) I have internet and bought an Samsung galaxy s23 ultra. The internet I had at the beginning was awesome but after before my 1st year was up it started to be bad I called and the company said I could upgrade.(I had yo do stuff to get almost the same price) now to the phone. It sucks really bad reception by the phone but if you connect to their internet service it's okay but it's on and off frequently. This company is really bad. If I cancel my internet I have to fully pay my phone.... I am like what!!! Please if you have troubleshoot like mine or other let people know about them. FYI, they don't help you when you call customer service or support, and they always say "would you like to upgrade, would you like to add tv services." What a joke of a company they are.
Update: no thank you, paying off my phone getting rid of the internet that keeps dropping like every now and then and switching back to ('t'm....) honestly really bad reception. It's like going back to cellular one or pocket š¤£š¤£š¤£ (I miss time...

I was happy to hear that I would pay roughly $140 in taxes, but at the time I didn't have enough money to get a new phone, so I told him I would return in a week or two. Upon my second visit, I was greeted by a different employee who informed me that they were closing and I should return tomorrow. When I returned a third time, once again a different staff member āattendedā me. He was quick, donāt get me wrong but he was incredibly rushed, didnāt even take off the extra line off my moms account even though he said he did, told me Iād pay 800 in taxes and when we asked him why it changed in the span of a week, all he told us was āthatās why you have to take advantage of our offers when we have themā worst customer service of my life. Ended up going to a different spectrum the next day and was actually helped into buying...

He asked to check it but didn't notify my he was going to try and port the phone over to spectrum. He just said here's it phone back ma'am wait a couple minutes and it should be good. Now I ain't got a phone which I really urgently need. With my mom been in the hospital ain't got no way to find out how she's doing or anything. Cause unexperienced cell techs that don't know how to check phones correctly. Now I'm stuck without a cell switching back to my the server I had before can't do it cause I was not given the correct information and I can't make or receive calls nor text.
