Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in San Juan

First time ordering from Papa John’s since I moved from San Antonio. I figured they would all be the same having good customer service, but I was wrong. Came in to San Juan Papa John’s server from the back had to come and take my order because the other server she did not greet us as we came in the door or offered anything. I asked for any specials I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni as per their coupon. And ordered a large pepperoni with sausage as per the coupon along with a Pepsi. Gentleman charged me. I paid for our items and they told us it would be a 15 minute wait. I did not get a receipt after waiting. 15 minutes came into the store to get my order. Only to find out that I was charged wrong and only one pizza was made. Had to pay for my second pizza and had to wait another 15 minutes. The female server do not apologize for the inconvenience. All she kept telling me was she did not know what happened and she did not know why the pizza was not me then she asked me if I still wanted it. In my opinion, I believe customer service is very important and every business. But in this establishment, they are lacking great or at least good...

I love papa johns we don't have many locations here as other restaurants and i was observing how the one making the dough was using the cell phone and back to the dough whit his hands phones are dirty and i nicely told the one that attend me that i was concerned and that the food safely not just mine but others that would order well seem like they didn't really care its like they did it more on purpose i was upset we wanted speak whit manager and he said it was him of course it wasn't we don't usally go out eat alot and this one time they mess up for us just becareful guys it's not the restaurant it's the ppl who work there and should get better hard working...

I ordered $50.00 worth of food yesterday since I had people over and i got a call advising me that they delivered elsewhere. They told me that I could dispute the charge with my bank or they could remake my order...I chose to have my order remade and I did not hear anything back nor did i have my pizza delivered. I called this morning and the manager had no empathy towards the situation. I had people over that I couldn't feed and im still short $50.00. I was advised that they could only give me credit and could not refund. I have to contact my bank and try to see if I can get a refund for food that they did not deliver to me or have remade. Horrible...
