Took my daughter to do her nails friday afternoon, and by Friday night her nails started peeling off. I paid for her to get shellac so they could last longer, but that wasn't the case. I called Saturday morning and they said they were very busy, but if I could call back later to see if they were less busy they would fix it, I said no problem you guys are busy I could bring her in Monday since they are closed on Sundays and he said that would be fine. I made sure to ask if they would still honor it come Monday and he said yes. I go in Today and the girl states they could fix it, but would have to charge me a new set again, with a $2 dollar discount. I thought it was ridiculous for them to charge me all over again when I had just paid for them Friday afternoon. It is not my fault they didn't prep the nail correctly, which I'm sure that is what happened. I've been a customer for years, but after today's customer service I will not be giving them my business anymore. Especially since my 6yr old daughter left crying because of the situation. been here several times and the women do a good job but the guy I got can not do nails (pink & white) not even a week and they are poppin off he does grind the nail so they actual look fake cause they rise up and the pink is way to pink Guess they do not do white peoples nail I don't like him trying to practice/try to learn on me and I pay for it Very badddd job and will not go back I can give my hard earn money to someone whom can do the job correctly !!!! This place is busy and very popular. Get here early during the day or week days. Weekends, you have to be here with plenty of time. Also for some reason last time i noticed that the guy attendants CANNOT work on male customers. You have to wait for a female. But they can serve females. Female attendants can serve male and female, just as a side note. Ah and be sure to tip well also, at least 15% believe me, it will make a difference when you come back.
