The staff at this location go above and beyond to help their customers. I'm a mom of 2 gamers and don't know much about gaming other that the the original NES. The people have helped me out numerous times with the problems my boys have with games and activation codes. The are true gamers and can answer any questions that I have. Kuddos to them for helping me and my boys out. Oh and they don't have a bad attitude when helping me out. They actually take the time to help me out. Daniel and the guys are usually great but there's one particular employee that goes by Kayla that will not greet you, ask if you need any help and will give abrasive remarks when asking her ANY questions about products or upcoming games. She didn't even offer any protection on the games that I was buying and ended the transaction with " Welp Here ya go..." instead of thank you. She had a bothered face and rotten attitude throughout my visit and gave the same treatment to another customer that was just asking how her day was.
