This is a review of Origami Sushi at Plaza las Americas since there isn't a listing for the food stand in the Food Court.

The Food Court was crowded as usual, and I was hoping for a quick grab and go so I could continue shopping. I was attracted to their combos mainly because of the low price of $8.99 for 3 rolls. I have to pay about $1 less than that for one roll where I live so this was my chance to try 3 different rolls at a great price.

I chose combo A, because it was the cheapest and included familiar California roll, a salmon skin roll which I had tried before but didn't like, and another I don't remember, but it had cream cheese.

The order took longer than I expected, and when my order was ready, I was pleasantly surprised that the rolls were freshly made, and 2 of the rolls had been dipped in a batter and lightly fried! Never had sushi like that before, and it tasted really good.

The salmon skin rolls were much better than I remember, but the deep fry may have improved the taste. They weren't as salty as I remember, but I was putting entire slices in my mouth instead of eating each slice in a few bites.

I would love to go again and try...

This review is for Kury Alta Relojeria, in this mall, Although they do not accept personal checks or electronic checks for payment, I had to use my wife debit credit card on 2 different days to pay a Cartier Divers watch and had to wait 2 days to carry my watch from the store, not the same day as We would prefer. In spite of that, Mrs Julia Ramos and Mrs Vicky Hernandez were excellent sellers and with excellent Customer service! Mrs. Beatriz Kury, although we were the ones of the idea to use the debit card on 2 days as a method of payment, treat us well and was kind after the transaction was finished! When we buy luxury watches in St Thomas or USA they accept e checks or personal checks with no problems, in spite of what happened we will recommend this place without hesitation! This review is for Collectors House ABC Stamps, Cards and Coins owned by Cristobal Leon, He is the best coin, and dollar collector in Puerto Rico and in my opinion around the world, He had a 1 dollar bill from Puerto Rico! He has excellent Customer service and knows the history of the coins and dollar he sells, I will recommend this place...

While on an extended Memorial Day Weekend trip with friends we hit this mall for a couple hours to kill time before returning the rental car and getting to the airport for our flight back to reality.

I had read reviews that parking would be a nightmare, but we drove right in and parked within 30 seconds. It was certainly jam-packed in the parking lot, so I'm sure we just got lucky or had good timing... or both.

We're from Miami / South Florida where we have an abundance of large malls... and this Plaza Las Americas looks, feels, sounds and tastes like Aventura Mall. There are some super high-end stores along with some run-of-the-mill stores you can find everywhere. The food court looked to have similar food you would expect in any other nice mall.

We were window shopping for the most part and I found that the prices were pretty good in comparison to other high-end malls. It was very clean and had very wide open walkways to accommodate the masses.

Good place to people watch. Other than that, nothing special to see here that you can't see at your own hometown mall... unless you REALLY...
