To start off with their was no manager on the floor,the store is always in a mess,customer service is very bad they are slow manager don't care,when they are very busy the manager should help out even if they have to get on the registers to help move there customer, I had to go and knock on the manager door so they can come out and help but there was no answer so when I turned around here walks up a supervisor I talked to her about the customer service and how someone should help out she said that there was no one but her ok I understand that but where was she when we all needed her help,I was upset I went and got back into the line I looked up and what did I see her doing laughing and drinking soda with the security guard while the store and the lines are out of control because people like that is just there for the money and not the customers not only her all of them I go to this Walmart at last 3 times a month and nothing has changed, I have been a faithful Walmart customer for over 25 years but I think that I will stop going to that Walmart and go to another one even though this one is closer and...

You'll find that there are a lot of people here. Especially on Saturdays though. The crowd becomes a lot thicker and a little bit more ruthless. Because in this area you can get so many different things that you need in one time, Costco, Walmart, dollar tree and Burlington are some of the busiest stores over here. That makes it that getting on and off the freeway in this area can take a bit of time, but please have patience. No one in HBA gives good service. How can they? They aren't there to just open cases, they have to also stock. So if they are constantly being pulled to open the cases , who is stocking? Then I'm sure they get a jacked up review and a low raise if any. Then after waiting 38 minutes to get a case open , you have these long lines to check out.
