I want to this Walmartto purchase a long sleeve shirt cuz I was freezing. as I got out of the car the truck next to me in the handicap parking space was the security guard for the store who appeared to walk fine. he had no license plate that identified him as handicapped. no placard on his mirror or in the dash because this man was not handicapped or disabled in any fashion. when I went in the store he was standing in the front. as I've said I've never been in that store,so I was walking around a little lost looking for a long sleeve shirt. as I strolled through the aisles I was followed by employees. not asking if I needed help finding anything, just following me because I assume thatI was a shoplifter. I purposely do not bring in a purse or backpack to avoid any suspicious situations, I was wearing a jacket because it was freezing outside, I was wearing a hat because I didn't comb my hair that morning.did I also mention that I am Mexican? apparently all these factors equal shoplifter. every corner I hit there was a Walmart associate. after an irritating 10 minutes I grabbed whatever and went purchased at the register and not self-check to avoid any further drama. I then walked up to the security guards and ask them if the bathroom was open & its location as well. he said very loudly "of course the bathrooms open it's always open" and laughed as if I've been there hundreds of times and I just know where the bathroom is, the hours of operation or that I was just stupid for asking. it's crazy how a rent a cop at Walmart who was is taking a handicap spot from a person who probably truly needs because he's too fat ,lazy , and feels that badge give him some kind of entitlement or thinks his selfish needs are more important than others! I love shopping at Walmart because they have everything but I also HATE shopping at Walmart because of the way I feel when I leave. I totally understand that shoplifters thieves and bad people outweigh us good honest people. however all you Walmart employees that have a department to be in or some job to do would rather follow me around the store and wait for me to put something in my pocket let me put you up on some game what you're doing is called racial profiling and it's against the law. maybe the managers should do a better job training you entry level workers about racial profiling. but that ain't going to happen & until it happens to you, you...

I am extremely upset and disappointed by the outrageous treatment I just experienced at your San Leandro Walmart (1919 Davis St.).
Here is what happened:
I came in to buy a phone charger so I could pay with my phone. The associate in Electronics gave me the wrong charger, which forced me to purchase yet another phone cord.
I also purchased two vacuums at the Electronics counter. When I attempted to leave the store, the front door associates claimed the vacuums were ânot charged.â
I went back to Electronics, where I was told I had not been charged. I brought the same items back, only to be told again that I was being double-charged.
Without my consent, I was refunded for one of the vacuums â meaning my money is now tied up for 1â3 days while the refund processes. Because of this, I cannot afford to re-purchase the second vacuum even though I came in with the full intention and means to buy it today.
I was humiliated in front of other customers, treated as if I had done something wrong, and ultimately left standing outside the store while my items were still inside.
This is unacceptable. I came to Walmart to shop in good faith. Instead, your staffâs incompetence caused me to waste hours of my time, left me without the products I paid for, and forced me into an unnecessary refund delay. Meanwhile, I am now unable to take home the items I need â including two vacuums â because of Walmartâs own mistakes.
I demand immediate resolution:
Release my vacuums to me today without forcing me to pay again while my money is held.
Provide accountability for the staff members who mishandled this transaction.
Ensure I receive a direct response from a Store Manager or Market Manager, not just front-line employees.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will be escalating this matter to Walmart Corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and my financial...
Read moreDiecast, Hot Wheels area is locked up, understandable but whatâs the point of having it locked if the pallets are brought unto the isles and people can dig through them before a employee can sort them to take to the shelves. Or if thereâs a open box of a Diecast on a pallet, a employee will tell you âyou canât go through that, because itâs not in the system yetâ but yet itâs already on store isle ready to be stocked. If they have a issue with customers looking through unopened or opened boxes, KEEP THESE THINGS IN THE BACK UNTIL ITS READY TO BE STOCKED. Store is supposed to open at 6 but employees donât open doors till 6:10am. Walmart has self checkout, they offer a Printed Receipt or Text. Then they want you the customer to hand the receipt to an employee at the door for them to mark it with a highlighter. 1 time I was asked to show my phone screen with the receipt that was sent to my Walmart account (debit or credit card is tied to your Walmart account) thatâs how the digital receipt is seen in a phone. Now I know that they canât ask me to show my phone screen, by law. If they donât like people refusing to show receipts, get rid of self checkout and have more employees work at the checkout counter during busy times and have 2 people âcheckingâ PRINTED Receipts. Walmart isnât a Club membership store, so why have someone at the door check receipt. If Target doesnât have people checking receipts, then Walmart can do the same. Maybe have more light in the store so the CAMERAS can see more clearly(thatâs if they have people actually checking cameras frequently), these Walmarts in CA have the lights dimmed down as if theyâre trying to âsave electricityâ compared to other Walmarts in Arkansas...
