Do NOT rent from here, whatever you do! The staff are horrible, rude, and obviously look down on their tenant as nothing more than cash cows. When I first moved to this place, everything seemed fine... until we got a water bill of close to $200. When we proceeded to ask management about the bill, she shrugged it off and fed us a lie about how the water was apparently brought in from Colorado. How does that make ANY sense? We then got newsletters talking about people coming out to check pipes for "leaks". They installed cheap, flimsy, little pieces onto ONE faucet in our apartment and suddenly our water bill was back down to normal... that doesn't make any sense at all. Upon moving out, we cleaned the apartment top and bottom and even got the carpets cleaned, only to have their staff say the apartment smelled of urine (um, some cleaning supplies will smell that way) and immediately blamed the pets, who had NEVER had any accidents while in the establishment. Our bill was hefty and it cost so much just to MOVE OUT of that place. On top of that, they are constantly changing management, making it hard to get straight answers for simple questions. Just moved into this place and my wife's car got towed the first night we stayed here. She got in late and forgot to put a sticker on the dash while bringing up the essentials and putting the kids to bed. This has become a very costly honest mistake. I was expecting for management to call the towing company and have them bring the car back for free since it was our first night here and we didn't know they had predatory towing here. One big reason to avoid this place. Predatory towing company comes through this establishment to make money off their customers and then management says they have no control over the towing company. Complete joke. When you let a towing company come service your apartment complex you have ultimate control and can tell them when they need to bring a car back for free. Also, our fridge didn't work when we moved in and all our food went bad. They are looking into replacing it now. This has made this move extremely unpleasant and stressful. This has been the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. Rent is ridiculously priced for the outdated units. There’s never any parking near your unit. They are always doing some type of construction. Our apartment was flooded before Christmas because the unit above was not checked on and the pipe burst causing our unit to flood. We were out of our apartment for weeks while they said It was “livable.” They had huge fans on in our unit drying up the water, repairs took weeks, wet paint, no kitchen lights, crowning falling off the wall, no fire alarms set up, people coming in and out unit, and a huge mess everywhere in our kitchen area. Was not “livable” whatsoever so we had to find places to stay while paying the full rent prices. The complex did nothing to help at all. The smell in the apartment from the flooding was sickening and our fire alarm in our room still needs to be set back up. Along with those issues we’ve had multiple packages stolen from the front...
