I never post reviews, but this place was so terrible. The lady doing my toes was okay, I believe my toes could have been better for the price. But I'll get into that.

I'm going to start off with saying my nail set with my toes all together was $200+. When I first got there I showed them a nail set that I wanted. They told me they weren't able to do certain parts of it because they didn't have a tool for it. I told them that is fine because I just want the design not the airbrush. I get to the chair and she immediately she starts putting pink on my nails. The design I showed her DIDNT have ANY pink. I asked what's she was doing and asked her to refer to the image because the nails that I showed her did not have any pink on them. She told me "Tell me the colors you like I'm going to do something different" And I was like, no I want what is on my phone. She told me no. And she started putting some design on my nails that I didn't want. I was shocked. This lady just completely disregarded what I said on something that I want on my body. I started crying because she wasn't listening to me. She looked at me confused and she got upset and was like "fine I give you what you want so there's no problems." How can you dismiss A CLIENTS feelings like that after you disrespected them? So your shop won't have any problems? I feel like I deserved a discount. My nails ended up taking over 3 hours. I want my nails redone but not by the same nail tech. Here is a picture of my sets that costed over $200. And one of the pictures you could see The pink base under the nails. I will also put a reference picture of the nails I wanted.

She tried telling me that it was a communication issue. But how ? When all I had to do was show you a picture that I want of my nails.

If you can't do it just say it!!! Wasted over $200 for something I am so unhappy with. I will never return here for business again and I will never give my money to shops because...

OMG worst nail experience I ever had i wanted to try a new salon because my old one was not doing what I asked like they had been in the beginning when I first started to go regularly. So I tried this one and I should have walked out when I walked in the door there was only 2 workers and every nail desk had junk thrown all over the top. She told me to sit and asked me what I wanted. I showed her a picture of ombré coffin acrylic nails med length. After she filed my nails so hard she continued to do my nails. She was so rude and messy with the product. Some product got onto my skin and so she tried to file it off filing so hard she tore my skin. She also filed off my cuticles with the machine causing my fingers to bleed. I said ouch and complained about it hurting and she said it was because my nails were long (I got medium). I will not be returning to that place EVER I would not recommend it. If I would have came to read the reviews I would have known all of this ahead of time and would have never went. Stay away from BAILEY- 1. She treats you like a number and is ready to get you out- not caring about quality. I was there for gel builder- it’s harder to find a shop that does it. She put me with a young man who looked barely 18, and he started doing them wrong- doing gel, and when I questioned him she took up for what he was doing as if it was right but then took over and did my nails. She gooped on so much product at once- and did not do two layers and also didnt take her time to shape them with a skinnier brush. Did not took good. I also had to ask her to refile as all the tips were jagged and it was uncomfortable to the touch- not smooth, but it still wasn’t smooth after she refiled. 2. The nails started peeling away from the gel on day 2- with 2 nails actually cracking!!! Ive never had a gel builder nail crack before. 3. She is rude and curt and not pleasant to be around.
