I had a bad experience. I order two piñatas three weeks in advanced and they told me I was going to be able to pick up the piñatas two days before my son’s party. I paid the piñatas in advanced. I called the guy the day that I was supposed to pick up the piñatas and he didn’t answer so I left a voicemail and he called me back 2hrs after. When I asked him if I could pick up the piñatas he called me back and told me that the piñatas were not going to be ready until the day of the party. So the day of the party I tried to call him at 9:00am no answer. I called him more than ten times and he didn’t answer the phone. He texted me 3hrs after that the piñatas were ready. Very easy to rent chairs and tables, I needed 2 tables and 10 chairs, then 3 more people added so 3 more chairs where needed, the owner Juan is extremely nice, very helpful and was quick to respond to my calls, pick up and drop off was very easy for us, the rental was not expensive at all , they have white and brown chairs, I rented brown. Location of business is easy to find , they have lots of party supplies in the store as well. I will definitely rent chairs and tables again.. local mom and pop businesses great prices, convenient, helpful..why not give them my business...

Servicio horrible! ¡Nunca haga negocios con Juan Muñoz! Se negó a darme un reembolso por un depósito de sillas con 7 días de anticipación. Sus precios son 2,5 veces más altos que la mayoría de los lugares que ofrecen entrega. Para un mejor servicio y mejores precios, le recomiendo que visite MAKS Party Rental. Nunca dijo que tenía ningún tipo de política de depósito no reembolsable. Si estás leyendo esto, Juan, y estoy seguro de que lo harás, simplemente no entiendo por qué te quedarías con el depósito de alguien y tomarías una reseña de 1 estrella en Yelp. Por su bien, simplemente me reembolsaría mi dinero porque una revisión como esta literalmente arruinará su negocio. ¡Espero que conservar mi depósito valga la pena!

Awful service! Never do business with Juan Munoz! He refused to give me a refund for a deposit of chairs with 7 days advance notice. His prices are 2.5 times higher than most places that offer delivery. For better service and better prices I highly recommend you check out MAKS Party Rental. He never stated he had any sort of non-refundable deposit policy. If you're reading this Juan, which I'm sure you will, I just don't understand why you'd keep someone's deposit and take a 1 star review on Yelp instead. For your sake I'd just refund me my money because a review like this will literally ruin your business. I hope holding on to my deposit...
