This is my go-to pizzeria whenever I crave thick, bready pizza with lots of toppings. I have been ordering from Finas for more than a decade. Their pizzas have been excellent in taste and quality except that one time the bottom was a bit burnt... but that was the only occasion. The one specialty pizza I always get is the Zorba the Greek. It has the most amount of toppings, and it really fills you up with flavors and savory goodness. As I mentioned, the pizza crust is thick, and even the regular crust is thicker than most other places. If you live bread, this is the place to go for some good eating.
I recently ordered a medium cheese pizza for my kids and a half Super Combo and half Carne Asada. This is the first time I've gotten these two combos, and it was an excellent choice. The Carne asada was tasty, and even though the toppings were simple, the flavors were abundant, especially with the sauces that it comes with on the side. The super combo has regular toppings like salami, bell peppers, sausage, etc, but what really set it apart was the grilled chicken. It was really good.. a bit dry, but that's probably from the baking process.
March 2025 update: I ordered a couple pizzas as this is my go-to place when I crave pizza. However, I've been noticing that the cheese they have been using had changed. The cheese blend they have now is not like real cheese.. seems like they are using processed cheese like the kraft singles variety. The mozzarella cheese is runny and way too salty and doesn't have the real cheese taste or texture. My kids used to love eating the cheese only pizza but now when I order it they only eat one or two pieces and that's it. The super combo I recently bought didn't taste that great either because if the cheese blend. I had to put some real cheese on top of the pizza.
Note to owner: please don't cheap out on the ingredients. The cheese is noticeably processed cheese. I've added a photo of the cheese, you can tell it's processed cheese by the way it melts and then hardens...
Read moreFamily and I used to order from here once a week or two, but won't be any longer. They are under new ownership, and it's changed for the worse.. they must have kept the pizza cook, however, because it hasn't changed much besides the size. I ordered a few weeks ago, got super stale super nachos, figured it was a one time thing.
This past Sunday, my husband and I order a large pineapple and pepperoni pizza, and a super nachos (steak with no jalapenos or beans) for pick up. We get told 25 minutes, cool! We get there and the pizza is done but the nachos aren't so we wait. While we're waiting, the new staff tells somebody who was also waiting (I'm assuming for pizza) that it's gonna be another 20 minutes for their order. We get the nachos and drive home. We should've checked (we were used to our order always being correct) because we got a pineapple and ham pizza and nachos with just meat and cheese. Call in and they want us to bring in the nachos for an exchange but tell us to keep the pizza and they'll make a new one - 15 minutes. Husband goes back and they tell him that the pizza maker left and the manager is making all the pizzas and it was going to be another 45 MINUTES for a new pizza!!! He decided to just take the nachos and eat the pizza we got first. They literally just added sour cream, pico de gallon, and avocado to the nachos they already made. So when I finally get them, they're not only soggy, but the chips are SUPER STALE!!! So gross, and a complete waste of money.
I could deal with the rude lady they had before, or the pizza being delivered lukewarm, but I'm so disappointed in this establishment that I will never be back and have been warning all local friends to stay away as well. They're trying with new shirts and hats, but they should focus that energy on the...
