I brought a frame that I bought from Cheap Pete's and I wanted to reframe it with a different drawing; they refused because of "liability" issues. I called the San Francisco Location of Cheap Pete's and they said no problem. I have reframed with Cheap Pete's in San Rafael using frames that I bought from them multiple times over the years with no issue. Now I have to drive to San Francisco to get my drawing reframed there. I will never go to the San Rafael location again. Such a lazy and lame team. I returned there to buy a frame i saw few days ago. They used to had 2 left in stock (big frame), one was left in the store but with a split corner. The guy clearly refuse to order another new one pretending that this problem of corners split is on every new frame. What a lazy and unprofessional attitude. Cheap by all means. Of course, avoid this store if you’re looking for quality...

Good value, great service! Just had a really nice poster given a custom mat and looks fantastic. Price is very fair for the good quality. Shout out to Franky there who went the extra mile to help me find the right colors of matting and great frame size and get it all put together...
