T.J. Maxx — Local services in San Rafael

I was in the area and decided to stop by tj maxx, I went to the blanket section to find a blanket that I was looking for that went viral on the internet, I couldn’t find on the sales floor so I continue to keep shopping walking around the whole store, while I was walking I went by the purses section, I also passed by where the stockroom door which has two windows which you can see from afar like 8 feet away where the bags are (back of the store) and from afar (from where I was standing by the bags), I couldn’t helped but notice I saw the blanket thru the big window from far away standing while I was looking for bags (they had more the one) it was the one i was looking for! It was a bright pink so it hard not to noticed when I walked passed by the door so I kindly asked someone at the front if they can bring me out the blanket and the manager for the stockroom refuse to help and she says to me “we can’t sell it to you because it’s not on the sales floor, when we do push them out, then you can buy it” and I was like “when are you going to put them out?” she says “we’re not sure” in a rude tone and ended the conversation short and walked away. Mind you the blanket was on a rack, already been processed ready to go. I worked in the stockroom as a stock leader I always do my best to help someone what they’re looking for, I never talked to a costumer like this. My guesses are these employees that keeps the stuff that are trendy and keeps it to themselves because why didn’t they want to sell it to me? Very disappointing. Not even...

I recently bought Samsonite luggage from this store . I was in a hurry and didn't properly inspect this luggage . I take responsibility for this , I returned home to discover the handle was broken . I brought the box back with the receipt that showed I bought it last week. I handed the cashier my receipt and the broken luggage . She called for a manager . The manager's name was Kristy . She was very rude . She told me to take up the broken luggage with Samsonite . I asked her how I could contact them and she told me to Google their webpage I contacted the district office . If you would like to be exposed to broken merchandise , and a rude manager , then this is the place for you . Otherwise , take your money somewhere else . I left the broken box at the cash register . I love this higher end discount chain, when I say higher end I'm talking about the Channel J-14 ceramic diamond encrusted watch that I looked at , retail of 25 thousand dollars discounted price of 14 thousand dollars. I am blessed to have inherited a Rolex but if I was in the market for a higher end timepiece what a great opportunity to pick one up at a fabulously discounted price! The T.J.
