Mill Valley Pasta Co. Factory Store — Restaurant in San Rafael

Found this after lunch at Pho Viet, what a find! We spent $100+ on pasta, sauces and mushrooms... a few weeks later it is all gone and we need more! fantastic sauces and the pasta are so much better than even the higher end store bought brands. I really struggle with gluten and for some reason do not have a bad reaction to their pastas. I also bought the gluten-free, which as another reviewer noted, is the best they have tried. Totally agree. Drive out of your way...

Amazing, love these guys. High quality, interesting shapes and tastes. Chef background shines through. Follow the directions on their packages exactly for best results. Everything I've tried is excellent - bolognese ragu, sciue-sciue, mac n cheese, and several pastas. I miss seeing you at the farmers market. I met the owner there and am so happy to see his plan going forward, fulfilled! However, that’s no surprise from me. Tony loved what he was doing, His background as a professional chef shines through in his pasta, sauces and his spice combinations, as well as his excellent suggestions. His passion for what he’s doing can be tasted in every bite. I look forward to stocking up and seeing what’s new....
