I purchased an expensive outdoor teak table and 8 chairs June 30,2020 from the San Rafael store. They delivered the table and chairs a couple weeks after I ordered them. So I was thrilled. Two weeks after we got the table we noticed it is warping, a lot! I contacted the store in San Rafael they said they could not help me it had to go through their warranty dept in Hayward. I immediately filed a claim, with pictures on 7/31/20 and I have heard nothing from them. I have sent emails and all I get is were waiting to hear back from them. We submitted a warranty claim as recommended by the San Rafael manager, Cheri Sweet. It has been one month and we still have not gotten a response. There is no number to call or contact as no one really knows where their furniture is made. We're told they're overseas somewhere.
