Dr. Joel R. Lane was totally arrogant, not interested in answering my questions or concerns, I didn't even receive a diagnosis or notes of what he said he found, he only focused on saying that I should go to a nerve doctor. He walked out of the room when I confronted him and told him that if he was really listening to what I was telling him about how I have lost movement in my arm, I can't even write 3 lines, I can't sign my name. But he was very rude and just limited himself to telling me like four times, Ma'am Your are not listening, I told him it's the nerve and he should go to pain control somewhere else, your shoulder X-rays are ok... he didn't care at all, I don't even have the diagnosis on a printed sheet, no referral, his assistant gave me 3 small business cards from other places, to go there because the doctor rudely walked out of my office after like 5 minutes... I think that happened because a latin mom and he's a racist, rude, and I interpreted it online and cut off my comments saying that he didn't hear well. I would like my co-pay refunded because he was the worst doctor I have seen in years. Also it seems his specialty is only shoulder and when the Banner agent asked me all the questions possible about my symptoms and where I was in pain, I clearly stated that it was my entire UPPER ARM, shoulder, elbow and arm totally in pain as if I had stakes stuck in my elbow and shoulder but that my arm has slowed down, that I can't cut vegetables, cook, or clean windows because my arm freezes and every day I have to apply hot creams and apply manual massage and with a massage machine. I was clear about the reasons why I needed an ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON, even though my primary doctor referred me to him for an UPPER ARM... I went yesterday, Wednesday November 13th, to pick up the sheet with my medical notes, where it said that I had found Dr. Joel Lane, and there was nothing after his assistant called me on the phone that I could go through the printed letter that I requested at the end of my consultation the same day after leaving there very upset and dissatisfied, I was the one who had to request that they give me some document with the diagnosis or the medical notes... there was nothing after two days, Negligence is the word that describes the staff and the doctor at that medical office.. It has happened to me twice now with Banner specialists for adults, they do not care about the patient. I want a refund...

Don't waste your time going to this clinic. I've had Dr. Nathan Russel as my doctor for some time. He decided he doesn't want to be my doctor anymore. I received this thru banner messaging. I've always had to wait between 1-2 hours after my appointment time. He gets fixated on diabetes and prescribed the most expensive medicine. He fails to listen to me about all of my illnesses and makes me schedule appts for each illness. But yet he's book out for over a month. Ive had to turn my health to urgent care facility, because he doesn't have the time to care for me. After I discuss issues with him. He says I never told him about those issues, basically calling me a liar. There is no doctor/patient trust with him. I had a Uber driver tell me he's a patient to Dr. Russell but he stop seeing him over a year, and still fills his prescriptions. Yet he writes one refill for me and I have to keep requesting more. I feel he has his favorites and I'm not one of them. He had a different patient file that was placed in my file and he was going off on that other patient as me. I kept telling him , that's not me. But he would not listen. When he does request tests, he never hits the send button on computer, so my tests never went thru. It would take over a month, with lots of notes from banner call center , then report to my insurance just to have office manager inform him my test is pending and never went thru. This happen multiple times. I don't know what wrong with him that this happen every time. Whenever I ask questions about the side effects of medication he prescribed he takes offense and wrote in his notes that I'm paranoid. So I guess it's illegal for me to question what I put in my body and he will Not discuss side effect, so I'm paranoid I will definitely look for another PCP. He's done nothing for me other than cause...

I am solely giving my 5 stars to Dr. WEBER AND NURSE SHAUNNA. They made my experience delivering my twin boys superb and my husband and I thank them from the bottom of our hearts. This review was long overdue we delivered our boys via vaginally February 1st 2025 it was a scary experience and at times dreadful but these 2 calmed me their aura reassured me that everything would be OK although I knew it would because my heavenly Father had his hand in everything. Dr. Weber delivered my boys effortlessly he stayed calm which kept me calm he didn't force anything he made sure I was ok throughout the entire delivery process. I didn't want a c-section which every other doctor was trying to push on me beings as though this was my 10th pregnancy and I was high risk, he did everything possible to make sure that I delivered vaginally and I will forever appreciate him. Nurse Shaunna you are an angel she stayed with me her entire shift barely taking her eyes off of me. She comforted me throughout everything I was bummed she missed the delivery but she even checked on me the day after I delivered a WONDERFUL nurse! My experience overall there was not so good but I give 5 stars solely off of these 2, so ladies if your nervous about your delivery if your in the hands of these 2 you will be FINE and they WILL take care of you.
