The Burger King located at 95 Combs Rd doesn’t even deserve one star. Poor service and management. I placed an order online directly on the site. The order was incomplete, cold and it took an hour. I contacted the location and was told that the delivery had not been picked up. I then contacted DoorDash and was told she was told to wait in line and had been there for 10 minutes. II never chose DoorDash for delivery, The portal opted to assign DoorDash on their site. The night manager (Kirsten) could not tell me what accommodations I would receive due to the order being incomplete. She then stated that a message would be left for the morning manager. I was never contacted. I went into the location and was informed that I would receive nothing because the DoorDash driver must have kept my items and to contact DoorDash. I paid over $25 and they wouldn’t even offer the items I did not receive. Never patronize this location. When you wait 30 min for drive thru food then go inside to check on it and are told it's still being made but the cars behind you have already left with their food it's a problem. Told the manager when would it be ready then an employee holds up a bag and says it this her omg we forgot to bring it out, the manager goes hand me my food that had been sitting there for who knows how long since I had been waiting outside for 20 min already for it. Every time I have gone to this burger King (close to my house) I am always disappointed and ticked off. They not only screw up my order almost every time,they usually give me a cold burger and I end up throwing it away. They either forget the cheese or the bacon or at times both. It's not that hard of a job. Ive worked at burger King when I was kid so I know its a simple job. It's lack of customer care and being to much in a hurry to make sure the order is correct. They never give me a receipt unless I ask and i always ask cause I know I'm gonna need it. The employees aren't the friendliest and they always make me feel that I'm bothering them.
