I’ve given 157 five star reviews and this is the only one star from me. I really dislike giving a bad review but this young female employee has not only caused us to ask for a refund, but I will be writing the manager about how terrible the service was here during a peak hour on a Friday night. She essentially told me our order was just ordered when I finally asked about the wait, after waiting 40 minutes. It would be another 30 minute wait! We ordered two Hot and Ready’s and one Italian Cheese Bread from their app. She refused to believe our order was placed earlier even when I showed her the time stamp on the app. She didn’t apologize for the huge delay nor did she even feel bad, but instead she pointed at all the other orders and said, “We’re very busy.” She very loudly demanded, “Do you want a refund.” I couldn’t believe people were walking in and ordering and leaving before I got my basic order even started, and she had zero interest in solving the problem. She actually acted annoyed that I was still there.
We left and went to Burger King which had no line, and an employee that was so kind and sweet my little girl said her voice sounded like a princess. Meanwhile, my 6 year old was still wiping tears from her eyes from how rude that Little Caesar’s employee was to us. This employee saw my daughter’s distress and offered her a Burger King Crown, showing the night and day difference of an employee that understands how to care for the customer.
I will avoid this Little Caesar until I hear back from the manager here. I didn’t appreciate that all the other employees in the back just watched us without offering aid. I’ve had it happen before at this location where my order wasn’t found. I’m really frustrated with the service here and will go out of my way...
Read moreThis particular Little Caesar’s can’t properly cook a pizza crust to save their lives. For months I have been telling the store employees that their regular crust pizzas are being stretched too thin in the middle which causes the pizza to fall apart (like you can’t even pull a slice out of the box, you just end up yanking the crust off and about 1-2 inches of the toppings. The rest is almost paper thin, and too soaked in sauce to bake properly for that amount of crust).
Our work around was to start ordering the thin crust pizzas as a compromise, because thin crust pizzas usually have a crisp cracker-like crust to them. Well, not here at this particular Little Caesar’s. If you can manage to pick up a slice of the thin crust, the crust is dripping and soaked through the crust AND THE BOX, and it’s like trying to eat a soup sandwich.
I asked for a refund before accepting my order after seeing it, and they told me they can’t because I already paid for it (paid online). I wouldn’t expect a refund if I hadn’t paid, thanks genius!
To add one more thing to this, they never put my pizza in the Pizza Portal like they were supposed to. I sat there for about 20 minutes after my order was supposed to by complete waiting patiently for my food, but it was already ready and was just sitting on the back counter waiting for me to ask for it, meanwhile I’m waiting in the lobby with my Pizza Portap code waiting for them to get my food ready. Then when I asked for it, they went and grabbed it off the back counter where I had unknowingly been looking at my food sit there the whole time.
Whoever operates this particular location has let it backslide and turn into a sub-par food establishment that can’t even properly cook the MAIN THING they are in...
Read moreNever had had such a bad experience at a little caesars before tonight. Girl that was working the counter did not have any since of urgency or knowledge of how to move things along faster when store is busy. I specifically called my order in ahead of time, because this location is always busy in the evening hours. I had to wait over 10 min to pay with only two people in front of me because she was not organized, then I paid and she told me I had to wait because there was no bread.... when I was at my estimated wait time. I said okay and stood off to the side and watched her hand the next two people who were walk-ins bread. I finally spoke up before there was no more left to give out and I would have to wait even longer. I called my order in for this reason so I didn’t have to wait in the store. If I wouldn’t have spoke up who knows when I would have received my food. When I spoke up she asked me if I paid.... how can someone forget your face literally mins after they told you to wait. Someone who doesn’t have good organizational skills and can perform under the pressure of a rush should not be your ONLY cashier during your busiest...
