If I could do a no star Iâd roll that. Called beforehand to see if item was in stock. Nailed that part!! They have what I need... I show up and find I need a store associate to open the case... Ok no problem. Ask the cashier to call for someone. Stood around waiting for 10 minutes. Ask her to page again stood for another 5 mins finally walk to the other end of the store cause Iâm on lunch in my work uniform having burned up all my lunch to get a charger for my impact batteries. When I get down there I ask can they help me in power tools they say they will send someone. I was done after that... Iâve stood in the store with no help or sign of interest in helping for 20 minutes at this point. Call the store manager to let her know as a first time customer I wasnât given the best impression. Iâm told only 2 people held the key to the case and that both were busy assisting other customers. The cashier hadnât listened to me when I said I needed help in power tools and sent him to steel. Not sure how steel and power tool rhyme or sound alike. So the customer being helped in steel was me. So he wasnât helping a customer especially if the store manager says both were back in steel... I found the lack of help or any indication of care to help as being a sign they arenât that concerned with customer service or sales. Will be buying my battery charger at Home Depot seeing as I learned today the time it takes to drive to Home Depot and get assistance offsets how close this location is with bad...
   Read moreI just left Atwoodâs and can honestly say I had such an amazing experience. This was my second time in Atwoodâs, with the last time being 10 years ago. I went there today because Iâm starting my very first chicken coop. I had tons of questions and Kyle was the first one I approached. He was happy to help me and even went above and beyond and walked me to the area I needed to be in and gave me some recommendations on a few things. He also went all the way up to the front to do a price check for me. I ended up purchasing everything he helped me pick out for my coop. He then introduced me to Bree who helped me pick out some treatments for my chickens water, & then she spent a good ten minutes just answering all my questions about chickens. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that what Kyle and I picked out was exactly what I needed to start my coop. Prices were very reasonable and the store was spotless. They even have fresh popcorn! I will be back very soon I can...

Once at home, I discovered that the product was not to be used as intended as per the manufacturer's recommendations (indoors), I called for information about their returns policy. I was transferred six times to six different people, including the manager at the time. The manager had transferred me without talking to me. I learned this by the fifth person that informed me that the manager had transferred me to her line without knowing the reason of my call. No one cared to let the next person know the reason for my call. After holdingfor 30 minutes on the phone and without getting any answer to my question I headed back to the store to request a refund for the wrong(unopened) product. The result? OMG! I WILL NEVER STOP BY ANY ATWOODS or Recommend it ever AT ALL. One will get better results from an online service that one will get from real people. Atwoods doesn't respect...
