Let's start with before I booked my sons party I asked if I could have the pizzas come to us at 2:30 it wouldn't give me the option to book the party at that time it only allowed me to do 1:30 the person I talked to said absolutely I bought 3 extra pizzas they brought them out at 1:45 they were cold by the time my sons party started the owner was super argumentative he's own the place for 20 years what did I expect special treatment? He acknowledged they messed up & was like oh well what do you expect. I think he was the one who had me attacked outside the rink after the party by an older woman he gave out my information from my booking information hopefully the woman doesn’t show up to my house. I have talked to the police. When I booked the party it said the party came with pop we had no pop and now I noticed the website has changed I was told he is stealing credit card tips from employees for $250 l am absolutely disgusted & disappointed with how we were treated no scooters were allowed the place was PACKED each table was back to back with party’s I was told there was one table in between each party. Almost positive with how many people were there is were my family got Covid we haven’t been anywhere & now we have Covid. Also don’t expect because you pay 200+ to rent the 2 tables that they are your tables the owner made it a point to say i don’t know why people just assume they can do or decorate whatever they want with these tables. If I pay 200+ those 2 tables are my private tables is what I would assume. He said my table cloth & table decoration was way to much I was extra he doesn’t understand why people do that. Took my 8 ur old daughter today n was excited to try out this place for the first time, but honestly I couldn't be more disappointed! The only employee that was nice was the guy who skated on the floor. The two girls working the gaming n prize table both were such grumps n walked around w a look on there face like they smelled something terrible. N to top that their prize selection was the biggest scam I've ever seen. Then we go to get a drink after she takes 100 tickets to get a prize n the only thing she got for all 100 was a candy that has the dust dip n a single dip stick for it.......and that's what she got after spending ten dollars on a game card. After we go to get a our drink n one of the concession stand girl had thrown it away n was still 25 mins left til the closed the skate session. This is such a cool place to hang out on adult nights. I went for an early Saturday and it was SO BUSY and crowded with unaccompanied little children so be weary of that. The staff was amazing though. It was my daughter and her friend's first time skating without one of the granny walkers and she was struggling, especially with getting up after a fall. One of the staff came over and taught her how to get up the right way without hurting herself and he was so sweet and friendly. Her friend requested the macarena and they avtually played it during dance time! The concession is pretty pricey, but the environment is great when there are no kids. There a lot of regulars at adult night are super impressive skaters which is also fun to watch. Great place to let loose, vibe, and get some exercise at the same time. The staff has always been so attentive...
