The line was tremendous outside because there were two people working both inside orders and drive-through orders. I waited in the Drive-Thru line for at least 20 minutes before my order was ever taken and another 10 minutes I reached the window. Once I reach the window there was one man and one woman Inside trying to handle all the orders. The woman was assembling the food and the man was putting them on the trays or in the sacks and handing it out when I pulled up to the window he had to wash his hands put on gloves and help her prepare the food for everyone because they were so far behind. The place was a mess looking in the window I know that fast food places can be messy I've worked in fast food places I know when there's a rush that it can be messy but this was beyond messy there were boxes and sacks and things that should have been cleaned up already everywhere it just looked unclean. This is not the first time that I've had issues with Taco Bell one time the lady waiting on me was so rude after I had already paid for my food that I just left I didn't even get my food. I paid almost $10 for food I never received because I wasn't about to take being talked to the way that rude lady talked to me at the window. Now I know you're probably rolling your eyes because this is turning into an essay, however I worked for 10 years in customer service I understand what it's like to be under pressure, but there is never a moment when you should be rude to a paying customer. This experience almost made me not come back to Taco Bueno and just go straight to Taco Bell. However I decided to give them another opportunity and this is the experience that I had. Waiting in line because. Waiting in line because the place was understaffed and not able to fill the orders in a timely manner. As far as the food goes it was all right. It was Taco Bueno that I forgot to put my mild sauce and but that doesn't surprise me. Most of the time they forget something. You know Sand Springs is a growing community but it seems like that Taco Bell has a lot of issues as far as the way that it's managed this is true. I don't go inside to eat because there's never a clean table so I just normally pick up my food and go that my visits are getting fewer and farther between because it's frustrating to try to deal with all that stuff when there are other fast food joints in this town that you can just zip in get your food and go. Taco Bueno and Sonic are the worst of the worst when it comes to getting an order correct. I hope that helps you asked for my opinion then I gave it. it will take a lot of persuading for me to go back to Taco Bueno. It's just not worth...
Read moreI placed my order online hoping that I could avoI'd the usual 40 min wait and incorrect order. I got there and the team lead/manager was bouncing between the cash register taking orders and prepping food. That was a new one, most places know you can't keep the customer waiting, someone HAS to help the customer wi th their order.
When I stepped into the line, she was giving all customers free drinks, so I knew that they were understaffed and all the customers could anticipate long LONG wait times.
I showed her my receipt for my online order, which I placed at 1130 to have ready at 1230. It was 1240, and my receipt was the first time she or any of the other 2 people working on Saturday knew about my order.
She did have my order for me within 5 min, it was just a burrito and some chips. I took my order to the car, and that's when I noticed she had shorted me one order of chips.
So I had to go BACK into line, and wait for her to prep more orders, still no one to take the customers order. When she stepped back into the position of cashier, I explained my dilemma and she grabbed more chips for me and sent me on my way
I spent about 30 min in that restaurant that day. I don't understand this company. Their premise is to prepare sit down mexican restaurant food,, in a "fast food" atmosphere. However, I don't know a sit down mexican place that takes HALF the time providing a customers order, as this place.
I visit a TB sometimes 4 to 5 times a week and visit different locations and I swear, I never anticipate having a fast and accurate experience. The people are for the most part always nice and helpful, so it has to be management thing. TB- you HAVE to have PEOPLE to run your business, and you have to recruit good people, train them well, and take GOOD care of them
The problem is these places are revolving doors, and they can't keep their employees, which leaves them short handed so much Your business is suffering tremendously. Please do something about it. Your customers, and your people deserve it and it will come back to...
Read moreIt took me 30 min to get through their drive thru. 15 to order and 15 at the drive thru window. The 15 min at the drive thru window consisted of paying for the food, getting the food with burritos how I didn't order them. Then waiting for them to do other people's orders in the lobby and the people behind me in the drive thru before asking me again what I was waiting for. I explained I was waiting for my three burritos to be remade but instead would like my money back because I've seen the manager and 4 other employees touch money, their face and never wash their hands before going back to making food. And I was tired of waiting with the other food cold now. The manager then got an attitude with me and asked me if I didn't want the chicken salad then. I told her I never had a chicken salad and was just waiting on the burritos to be remade. She then finally gave me back my money so I could leave.
Never will go back to this taco bueno. The employees do not wash their hands and have a big attitude with you. The manager also wouldn't allow any of the other employees to make any food. So it was just her alone making the food. The dining customers got their food long before any drive thru customers...
