Billy Sims BBQ — Restaurant in Sand Springs

I am so disappointed. I drove into town 30 miles from the country to get BBQ. I decided to splurge and got the family $60 worth of food. The game day pack plus a rack of ribs. When I ordered I specifically asked for all 3 kinds of barbecue sauce and after I paid and was given my bag of food, I asked again at the window to make sure the sauces were in the bag. Whoever the woman working the window was, surely didn’t know what was going on. When she handed me my food I noticed the fecal matter under her nails and sweat dripping, I could smell her over the BBQ. I drove all the way home disgusted to find out that after asking several times there was no barbecue sauce. I mean we all made up a plate only to be disappointed. We didn’t have any BBQ sauce at the house so we then got in the car to head to town to make things right. Once we arrived she offered us barbecue sauce, however by the time we arrived back the food was cold. I then asked for a refund and to get my money back, for dinner was ruined. The employees of this establishment asked for the food back that I took to my house after dishing out and then reassembling the order. As far as I know, in Oklahoma, you’re legally not allowed to ask for food to be returned to the area of preparation for new orders. And then continued to wear the same gloves to continue to make the next persons food. We told him that considering the circumtances for COVID-19 that asking for the food back is very unethical. One of those bags was a wal mart sack because the sack they gave me was ruined. He laughed and began to prepare the next order. I do not have the caronavirus but I’m sure they are spreading the contamination just by the way I observed how they work. I would not recommend. I will never go back. Left the loaf of bread out of my order, wanted me to drive back to the store instead of just refunding my money. Now I have to call a General Manager because I placed an "online order" and "nothing" can be done now, according to the entire staff. UPDATE: I sent an email as requested, but haven't received a response yet. Not sure why you responded if you had no intentions of following up. I suppose you think it makes you look better in the eyes of the people reading these reviews but all you've done is wasted more of my time and caused further irritation by your total lack of customer service. Very pleasantly surprised! Everyone I know says Billy Sim’s is overpriced and not very good. I decided to give it a try, as I’ve wanted to for so long but was scared I’d be disappointed. I got a $10 sandwich (The Triple 20) and a side of the beans. When I tell you it was so good, I mean it! The sandwich was full of meat. The BBQ sauce was perfectly sweet and smoky.
