On January 18th we had booked a 3 hour private birthday party with bowling and the bouncy house, the party itself was good. The kids were occupied with the arcade, bowling, and jumping. We had prepaid about $305 for the party, but were told when we checked in to leave a card for a tab for drinks such as pitchers of soda, so we did. After roughly two hours we were pulled to the front desk by another bowler. Apparently he had the same first name as my husband and the employee had charged their $90 party to our card, allowed him to leave with our credit card where he then spent $130 at Walmart before realizing it was not his credit card. Luckily the gentleman was honest and promptly returned to the bowling alley to return our credit card and gave us cash for the Walmart charges. The bowling alley refunded the additional $90 that was wrongly charged to our card but that was the extent of the apology. Basically it came down to "sorry for the mixup, we refunded the charge". After spending $305 with $44 gratuity automatically included, the response to what could have been a HUGE issue, if the gentleman weren't an honest person and decided to not return our card, was lacking. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the private party room really was great for the kids. Not sure that we will be...
Read moreIt's fine. Sometimes. As of my last visit both lanes we rented were seriously malfunctioning. Half the arcade was out of order. Probably worth considering making the trip to CDA or bonners if you want to have a nice trip with the kids for a party or whatever. Also don't use the first claw machine you see on the right. Thing is broken.
Lastly, on a previous visit I had to babysit a child that wasn't mine. Parents were nowhere to be found. Staff couldn't care less. And I couldn't in good conscience leave a literal toddler scared and looking for their parents with a teenager who just could...
Read moreI love coming here! It is a bit on the pricier end for things to do in Sandpoint, but it's awesome. The food is great, especially their fries. There's a bounce house park inside, and that's pretty cheap per kid. There's also an arcade, with all the classic 80s arcade games, as well as air hockey, and there's a foosball and pool table in the same area as the bowling alleys. The parking lot is more than big enough for a full building, and there's a coffee shop in it out towards the street as well. The staff are fun...
