I have been to this office 3-5 times with no issues. Now with the virus and living a little further away I wanted to call in a topical prescription that my sister had that has been working wonders for my skin. (Topical) I called in and they will not call in the prescription even thought I am an established patient as they want to charge me for a visit. If this was a pill or some sort of oral medicine I would understand but I think this is absurd given the current situation in the world and the fact this is a topical cream. I have only been going back due to being an established patient as it is not near my work nor home any longer. He greets with a big smile and gives me his time and attention, unlike my previous experiences with other doctors where they can't get me out of the office fast enough. I am getting IPL laser treatments done for my facial acne scars with him and before we started he told me that his number one concern is that I am happy with the result and reassured me that he will work with me until we achieve that. Dr. Levin has taken care of our family's dermatological needs for many years and we have always been extremely pleased with the outcomes, including the extensive surgery required on my 85-year-old mother-in-law's nose to remove a cancerous growth and the subsequent restorative surgeries. There is NO evidence of the excision and she could not be more happy with her looks! I see Dr. Levin regularly for checkups and he has performed a couple of minor excisions for malignancies always with great results.
