Buckle up. My wife and I stayed at this hotel December 13-15th. The room was okay and the location was good for our needs. That's where everything good stops. The night of December 13th, we were exiting the parking lot when we heard a loud noise from within our vehicle. We initially thought that the person behind us had rear ended us; however the control arm that allows access into the lot fell on my "new to me" 2019 4Runner with damage. We enter the hotel and ask to speak to the manager, which they said was not in. The front desk clerk, Bryan, said that we would have to speak with the supervisor the next morning. The morning of December 14th, we explain to the Supervisor, Latrice about the incident. She creates an incident report; however has no idea of the procedure for these incidents and it is reflected in her attitude. She gets her boss on the phone, which I believe her name was Nicole. She comps our stay. Great, I appreciate the gesture but my vehicle is still damaged. So they say that we will have to wait on the engineer to review parking footage and the general manager for next steps. Due to lack of certainty in the hotel, we call non-emergency police service to file a report immediately after speaking with Latrice and Nicole. They explain they can only create a report due to the incident happening on private property. After our days' activities, we return that night of the 14th and we're met with Edward, the engineer, at the front desk. We ask to see the footage. Edward yells out, "Do you want to see the footage? You hit it! YOU clipped it. YOU hit it, I can show you." At this point, i'm becoming angry because im sure accusing a guest in this manner is not in his job description. Your job is to pull and review the tape, not to do the insurance company's job. He takes us to the area to view the footage and shows us camera footage that is parallel to the gate, which he cannot determine if the arm was hit from that angle. If the angle was perpendicular to gate, you would be able to clearly determine if the arm was hit. After reviewing the footage, he claims that another vehicle struck the arm earlier that caused the arm to be off track, allowing us to hit the arm. I will attach pictures of the damage below where you can clearly see from damage that there was a point of impact where the arm fell on the truck. If I had hit it, there would have been a horizontal line of damage, suggesting I actually hit it, but there is not. On Sunday December 15th, the staff assures us that the General Manager, Matthew Munoz will reach out to us when he returns to the facility either Monday or Tuesday. He did not. We called repeatedly and received no answer from the GM. On 12/17 we call customer care to get Corporate's number. They said that they do not have a number for their corporate office. They create a case number and document the incident, that's it. Eventually, my wife gets in contact with GM a week or so later. He states that there's another lady that handles claims or damages that happen on the hotel property. At some point, she calls my wife and says there will be someone to come to us to assess damage and that we needed to email pictures to either her or the GM. We do that then they ghost us. We hear nothing. No follow up or anything. So, I began taking time out of my busy day yet again to try to contact Matthew Munoz during his working hours. The front desk repeatedly forward me to his office and he does not answer. So we repeatedly leave him voicemails and he does not responded to the messages. So again, I take more time out of my already busy day to call the lady who is supposed to be handling the claim to catch her during her working hours, she does not answer. So, we leave her voicemails and she has not responded to the messages. It has been 56 days since the incident. My vehicle is still damaged and have not gotten a definitive update on moving forward. No one wants to get attorneys involved, but we will not delay any longer.

Please steer clear from this hotel. Here is my experience at this location. I checked into this hotel on a Wednesday afternoon specifically asking for a standing shower ( walk in). After checking in heading towards the elevator I could tell that the hotel was not "Clean". Elevators were dirty and smelled anywho I continued to my room. The room was big and spacious but here is where my issues started. I checked the restroom and noticed it was a tub in which I specifically asked for a walk in. I walked down to the front desk and asked again to be moved to a room with a walk-in shower. I was then moved to another room, after getting the key I go to the other room and it also a tub. I decided to call down to the front desk as this is my second time moving. The manager Gerald states they don't know which room has standing showers which I think as a business is wild. He then states I will send the key up for you to another room which would be room number 3.

A lady comes up with the key and we head to the 3rd room. As soon as she opens the door the smell in the room almost made us both puke, it was that bad. At this point I just feel like this hotel is not for me. I go to the front desk again to address the issue. I was told that because I book through a 3rd party there was nothing that could be done. I attempted to call the 3rd party but was unable to get through . I just find it odd that nobody is able to communicate with third parties being they are doing business together.

Here it is I am sitting in the lobby trying to find a resolution. The hotel and it's staff just made me totally uncomfortable and un-welcomed as a paying guest.

Being that I was traveling for work I really had no choice but to allow them to find yet another room. I go the fourth room and it appears to be dog poop in front of the door. I was just overly disgusted at this point and wanted to run far away. Fast forward due to the inconvenience I was told by Gerald he would comp my parking which was $20 per night and one night free stay. ( Paying $20 a night for parking a 2 star hotel with no free Wifi is absurd).

My incidentals charge was updated by my bank and I was charged the $40 for parking in which I was told I wouldn't be. I called and spoke with a gentlemen that stated Gerald would be in at 3 and would call me. Three O clock came and went I received no call from anybody. I let a couple days past and noticed the charge was not refunded and contact the hotel AGAIN.

This time the phone was answered by Jose. ( Please pull this call) Jose tone of voice right off back was alarming but I continued. I then started explaining why I was calling Jose immediately had attitude in his voice and stated didn't you park ? It's $20 a day. I asked are you looking at my reservation, he stated I'm looking at the receipt. Again Jose tone of voice and attitude could be heard clearly throughout the call. I then asked to speak to a manger, I was just appalled. Jose stated he was one of the managers. I didn't call to go back and forth so I continued to explain why the charge was not valid. Jose then states I do should a credit and it's only day 1mind you he stated the charge was valid. I say this to say save your money !! This hotel is old with a few cheap renovations...

Honestly I Just want to say I am soooo disappointed. When I first stayed at this hotel I can say I almost fully Enjoyed it. But now I’m literally sick of the hotel and its staff. I don’t even write reviews but I’m so disgusted that I have to. Upon arrival to the hotel, we arrived early for check-in where we were informed that we cannot even check in until Later that morning, where someone from the front desk team should be able to allow us to check in early check in. So that morning my guest and I slept in the car until it was almost “early check in time “ when I did go to check in they said that I could not check in cause it was still too early unless I wanted to pay an extra 75$ and that I had to have a physical credit card even though I booked online. so that morning for two hours, two additional hours I drove around to find a bank that issues a bank card the same day so we could have somewhere to rest our heads. Once we return to the hotel, that’s when we were able to check in where I was told about the incidentals and extra fees. When we got to our room. It had the foulest smell that I could not even describe.. smelled like something died. they then sent someone to investigate whether the room stink or not for us to get a room change. The second issue apart from the smell was Room Service! if you do order room service, make sure that you do sign and take a picture of your receipt even though they will email you one because the workers who deliver room service are thieves. They write their own tips in and when you go to check out the hotel will not do anything about it. When I order room service, my bill was only $48 and when I checked out it came up to a total of $68. Where they tried to tell me that I went to the bar when I know I did not ! Front desk; In which all they keep saying is, that’s not their department so I would have to get in touch with accounting and accounting does not answer he did. she did not communicate did not reach out they don’t do anything the manager for the department never reached out, never said anything. Also, my incidentals was never returned to me. I have been calling this hotel back to back for over a month now, and which they have told me many lies on how my money was going to be refunded to me, or that my state was going to be refunded to me or that my room service is going to be refunded to me, and if all the money that I spent and that they took, they have only refunding me back $27 in total. I’ve talk to the manager, Leticia where she told me and texted me that they were going to refund me for my stay or whatever else they were going to refund me for again I haven’t received a dollar she gave me the GM who is Everett Smith’s number I’ve been calling to talk to Mr. Smith for over three weeks and I have not received a call or nobody has reached out at this point. I just find this hotel to be a very shady establishment. I don’t understand what’s going on and why is it such a problem to get my money back But guys don’t stay here and if you do make sure that you do get your money back before it gets to the point that it is now. This hotel owes me over $125 in at this point I just want my money back from my whole stay, Pain...
