I am giving Dunham's 1⭐ for the fact that they have quality merchandise! However 🤔 they need people to care more about👋 The Customer 👋 and assisting new customers to find the merchandise within the store & also to find dressing rooms! A tall man with a scanner totally ignored me, 👀Looked 👀 right at me the turned and walked 🚶♂️away from me! The girls in there were to busy socializing to even hear me! I had to be Obnoxious, Loud & Cause a scene to get any attention! This was 4 p.m. on a Friday Afternoon 😳 I was in there for a beanie 👒 🎒pack pack & 👖pants for my kids. I had not been in the new location yet 😕 but was very upset with the lack of customer service & sales! I just needed to by 3 things & get out! This situation made me late to a doctors appointment for my kids... We did buy a 🎒back pack & beanie for my daughter, but ended up not buying the Multiple pairs of jeans, because we could not get assistance in a timely fashion to find the jeans or the dressing room etc... I tried to buy a pair of work boots, after 10 minutes of standing there one of them finally asked me if I needed help, when I said yes and the size I needed, he went to look for them, he brought back a bigger size and said he didn't have the size I asked for, he then disappeared again while I tried them, surprisingly they were to big, I waited again for about 10 minutes but could not get any help to see if they had another size smaller or even a different style, there was literally nobody there that to help the customers unless you went to the register and got somebody, lousy customer service, I hope all their stores are not...

She stated in a snide voice,”Over there.” She did not specify the location so the information was useless. Taken aback by her tone, I responded, “Over there could mean anywhere. Some people are just not meant to be in customer service.” This had taken place on December 6, 2023, at around 3:50 p.m. There were prior occasions where her tone was often short during other shopping experiences.
