Perkins American Food Co. — Restaurant in Sandy Township

Pretty disappointed in this Perkins I haven't been here in a few years so I decided to stop with my son while we were shopping for school clothes. He was so excited that he could get breakfast for dinner so that's what he did, unfortunately he was unable to eat the sausage he ordered because there was a hair on it I told the waiter and he took it off the bill however the waiter wasn't very friendly at all didn't apologize or even say anything to my son and left the plate there with the hair and the sausage on it instead of taking it away or offering my son a new piece.. Now I get it's not the waiters fault but he could of been professional about it. I only ate about 3 bites out of my omelet because it wasn't good it was supposed to have cheese on it.. it did but just a tiny bit of cheese at one end of the omelet the rest didn't have any. I ordered a raspberry tea which I order everytime we go out to eat it didn't taste like raspberry tea at all, it tasted like I was given a glass that wasn't rinsed out properly after being washed.. My son's pancakes were good so I guess that's a plus. Our experience here wasn't the best so I highly doubt...

8/4 arrived at 2:30pm. Had to get someone at 2:50 just to get drinks. No waitress yet was told you should have said something by the front register young lady. It shouldn’t be the customers job to chase after employees but I guess at this location you have too in order for Torrie comes out to you then brings main course and never put the appetizer in the system so you had to wait again for that to come out. Never again will we come here. Management needs to keep out front instead of hiding in the back. When checking out Lilly at the register had an attitude and snatched the receipt out of my hand. It's time to offer an updated review for our local DuBois Perkins. This business changed ownership not too long ago. As a regular customer I was concerned when it was purchased by a much larger ownership group. I'm one of a group of gentlemen who eat here weekly and had a great relationship with the previous owner. While I can't speak for anyone else, I can say without reservation that our experience has been just as positive as it has been for years. Cansas, who is usually our server and has been here for years, provides great service as always. We still get great specials. The military/veteran discount remains, which we appreciate greatly.
