Love the drinks, with the hot blondie being my favorite! Great staff! Those kiddos really seem to be enjoying their job and they’re so friendly. The only thing that got you a 4 out of 5 with atmosphere, was a manager who screamed at an employee (from the outside box) for not keeping the lines even. I’m sorry, but I probably kept her too long with many questions. I discussed this with this particular manager and Matt. She made my anxiety levels soar. If you have a negative comment for an employee, actually get off your butt and walk out to privately tell them. Please don’t scream it for all the customers to hear. That was unacceptable. A pleasant enough experience that many will enjoy more than I.

I ordered two coffee based drinks on my visit, and found both to be way too sweet. The cinnamon bun coffee in a frappe style, the blended ice aspect of the drink was perfect, but by the time all the syrups were added, the coffee was almost imperceptible.

The wife got a german chocolate cake iced coffee, and it shared a similar issue with the sweetness and the coffee was absolutely overpowered by the additional flavorings.

Normally, I’m quite pleased with my visits to this particular location. After today, I question if I’ll return based solely on a single employee. I did not ask her name, but she was present around 6:30 P.M., longer black hair that was tied in a low grade ponytail. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and should not be speaking negatively about customers or their beverage preferences.
