I purchased a safe on June 2nd for what was a safe at a reasonably low price. I had the safe delivered but was unhappy to know that no one knew the code for the delivered safe and the staff at tractor supply has given me the run around for how to get the code. The employees genuinely seemed to not know anything about safe codes or the code for this particular safe. I ended up having to call the safe manufacturer who required for me to put in a work order to figure out how to open the safe. Still have yet to hear back. So far I still have yet to be able to open the safe but will have to keep following up with the manufacturer at this point. To me, I would not have made this purchase again.
Shoppers purchasing a safe here, be sure you are able to open the safe before you get it shipped to your location because once it’s off the store property they don’t seem to help you anymore and the burden is on you to figure it out.
Update: June 12th After getting Winchester to override the code through a work order, I reached out to the number below. Through corporate, it was discovered that the safe was more than likely used as a returned item by another customer as once the safe was open it was used. That’s why none of the manufacturer or store codes were working. The manager Stephanie agreed to replace the safe for a new one while on the phone with corporate. However, once off the phone with corporate she has not responded.
Buyers beware, be sure that you are at the store when purchasing large items to make sure it’s correct! Once it’s out of their store it is extremely hard to get...
Read moreI am glad Tractor Supply finally arrived here. I cannot wait for this new store to know what are the best items sell in our area and how well. I realize they are just getting to know the products that will sell best around here. Their variety is good. I like that they do not try to sell more than they have space for. I usually will not try to move in and around the displays and aisles of stores that do. I find that to be more work than it is worth for me.
The only reason I have given them a 4 star is because I feel they need to figure out what to have stock of so they do not run low or out of an item. Running out of something that is a common purchase around here is, I hope, because they need to get to know what sells best in this area, yet. I have returned on two separate occasions to resupply an item purchased there and it is out of stock and the employees are not sure which delivery to expect it to come in on. This means I will need to stop in, even if I am not needing anything else, if I want to be sure to find it in stock. Maybe good add-on sales planning but irritating to me to have to "take a chance it will be there". I am hoping this issue will be corrected as they get to know what sells in this area. Employees are very friendly and helpful, even if not overly well informed on products but then again, I am hoping it is because it is all so new....
Read moreI love a good feed store. I don't have a farm or anything, just enough of a plot for my house and some fruit trees and a tiny garden. I also don't raise any livestock, but I do have a couple costume for my pug. Regardless, where I grew up the closest stores were a country market and a feed store, so I spent a ton of time in that place, petting ducklings and putting away seed packets that careless shoppers were too lazy to return to the correct slots. This one is very nice. The workers were super friendly and helpful; there was a big clearance sale on at the time, and we were informed of all the best deals. They're selection was pretty good. Found some things I liked, some I had been looking for elsewhere and couldn't find. Ended up with a good winter base layer, for next year. If definitely go back. They didn't have any ducklings, but they sure are like the sort of place who would tolerate a young OCD child putting away seed correctly and admiring quality...
