This is one of my favorite stores however. Had a poor experience the other night. The store was full clean, great product and always spend well over 100.00 each time I enter. When spending 160 the night previous, I had came into get more items but found myself in a situation with loosing my debit card. Literally ran out of gas and had the health n beauty in my car . The associate acres as if 6 items was allot , manager in charge came over asked me to step aside and then said for other customers to go ahead of me. He then says this will take awhile. So I said go ahead and get it together while I look. I came back waited ge then comes up and again tells customer to go ahead And be helped. I'm to wait after waiting in line. I paid debit and he then proceeds to tell me it's not able be refunded. Because I lost my card. Last time I looked debit is like cash it took place of checks yet even knowing my situation he denies me. Other cashier's pipe in and being a good customer I say can you give me your bosses phone number.so I've managed at retail stores in ca for 32 yrs both small specialty and big box. All I know is clients who can't be treated the same as they purchase or as they return won't continue to come back . I'm not wasted time or fe we l bad I had a situation stuff happens and Im the consumer who by shopping and have a good experience help pay their wages . Terrible experience .....

All of the produce is as rotten as the rude punks that work there in the back. To be fair, the last time I went there, I left with the same bitter taste in my mouth, telling myself, "I won't be back to this Grocery Outlet"... shame on me! Too bad though, because I've spent 1000s of dollars at this location alone and it used to be nice. The nice lady up front is leaving on top of all that. Should be closing soon. Molalla is a very clean location with great deals on excellent quality goods. Very fine staff there, as well. Albany, Redmond, Baker City, Burns, and Ontario are all exemplary locations if you want to see what a real Grocery Outlet should be like. Tell them Sweet...
Read moreI love this store but I wish the food items were more consistent. There always tons of fresh produce, frozen foods and snacks galore. I just wish there was more control of the product from an ordering standpoint. If there's something specific you're looking for you might end up having to go to another store with one exception. That exception is the beer selection. If you are a casual drinker or a once in a while cider guy, like me, you'll be in heaven... they have an alcohol selection that is THE DEFINITION of variety!! I don't even like to drink, honestly. They just have so many tasty local beers, ciders and wine its easy to find something that sounds delicious. I recommend the ACE Guava Cider, it's not too sweet with a perfect tartness in the aftertaste, like...
