I am willing to bet that the people who have great experiences here are actually nice to the employees instead of mean, judge mental, and talk down to employees just because they don’t work at a fast food place. Customer service is customer service and it is dwindling everywhere because customers can not even say Hello! Or have any Respect. So they wonder why they get treated the way they do. Maybe if everyone spent less time behind screens and actually had more social interaction like we used to, those natural Morals and Values would come back. Kindness, Forgiveness; even the idea of just nicely asking for the order to be redone instead of losing it and venting over a Screen. What gets solved that way? Nothing. You’re always going to get your orders wrong because generally speaking, you can’t get your morals in the right place. Even Thank you very much, good luck with everyone tonight, cheers them up. Which IN TURN gives proper motivation to always treat me right, and I am remembered at almost every restaurant I go to. Being mean makes you lower than another’s actions itself, didn’t your parents ever teach you that? Most of you probably go to church as well then cut people off in the parking lot. Lol that is the type of attitude that has gotten the human race where it is, no where. And with Donald Trump as a president. This is a country. Not a business. Just like the “employees” are People just like you, not your work dogs. Treat people with respect next time and you will probably be surprised. If you’re still let down then do what you will, but I know complaining never leaves that person feeling any less mad. Just more childish....
Read moreWaiting in the drive-thru like normal nobody said anything so I said hello they said hi give me one moment okay so I waited then I saw two cars on the other drive-thru on the right side of me go past me The first one I let slide the second one I'm like hello hello what is going on You let two cars go in front of me and then since I waited about 10:00 almost 15 minutes my code on my reward switched so I gave them my rewards number and they're telling me it doesn't work and I'm like well I don't know what else to tell you but to pull up and show you what I have and they're like well I don't know what to tell you because it doesn't work so we can't serve you and I'm like that makes no sense You let two cars go in front of me and then now your attitude is I can't serve you because your rewards number doesn't work very unprofessional and I asked to speak to a manager through the drive-through speaker and they said they were the manager and they told me it doesn't work so I don't know what to tell you and I'm like well as a manager you want to ask to see the code just in case somebody typed it in wrong instead he was telling me it doesn't work so I don't know what to tell you I'm like are you kidding me You let two cars pass by now you're telling me my rewards don't work and now I'm stuck in the line. I feel bad because this is why these businesses collapse because of people that's running it people trust you to run the fast food restaurant and that should be a great accomplishment and you want to treat people like garbage It's not my fault I'm just giving you what I see on my screen and you as a manager...
Read moreThe Burger King on Orlando Drive in Sanford has been newly remodeled, but their service continues to be abysmal (this has been going on since May, at the very least). When I use the drive-thru in the morning, shortly after 6 am (and despite them now being open 24 hours), I wait 5-10 minutes for my order. There is usually only one car (if any) in front of me. Three times now, I have pulled up to the kiosk on the right in the drive-thru and they ignore me while waiting on people who pull up AFTER me to the kiosk on the left. And the food...lukewarm, at best, so it is certainly NOT freshly made, which makes the wait all that more confusing. I'm done with Burger King!
(UPDATE) Thought I would give them another chance, newly remodeled and all. Unfortunately, the service and food still suck. Food is cold most of the time even first thing in the morning. This last time, they got my order wrong: ordered ham and egg, got ham and cheese. I was the ONLY customer, so why was that order so difficult to get right? Went back and asked the incompetent manager who has been there since before the remodel if he was going to give me something for the inconvenience. AT first he said no, "I gave you your food," and then he offered me a drink (that I did not want and did not order). Little wonder there are hardly ever any cars in the drive-thru or parking lot. Stick with McDonald's or some other franchise, because...
