Stanley's Home Center — Local services in Sanford

I purchased a chandler from the magnolia home collection in November 2017. Paid for the day of ordering. This is despite the employees completely ignoring my mother and I when we walked in and while we were shopping. The employees were not helpful due to being proccupied by the computer and their phones.

On the last day of the quoted delivery I called Stanley Home Center. I was placed on hold. Then told that the owner would call me back. The owner eventually called me back. After refunding my purchase from 3 weeks prior. Stating that the chandelier was no longer available. Blaming magnolia farms for the inconvenience. I asked for the floor model and offered to wait for the showroom chandelier to be replaced. It's now February 2018. The owner I had spoken to has yet to call me back. From my experience this establishment is lacking costumer service and professionalism.

We purchased a dining room set from Stanley's Home Center, what a great experience! They make you feel as if you're the only one in the store when you're asking questions, and when we ordered our furniture they agreed to hold onto it until we had cleared some space in our home. Delivery was right on time and they were very cognizant of protecting the furniture as they assembled it and brought it into the house.
