Hired Mike to come for a few hours and make Filipino-inspired tacos for our backyard engagement party. He was very communicative and considerate, reasonable with pricing and even coming a bit early to make sure that he would be setup in time before the party started. The Filipino twist on tacos was awesome! Everyone really enjoyed them and we even had leftovers for people to take home. My only suggestion is it would be fun to have more than one sauce since each of the taco meats were really unique. :)
