I love Flame Broiler, and frequent the brand enough that i usually know how much my same order will be within a few pennies. I have been to this location three time now and could not seem to figure out what was different about it both times. I finally figured out that this is a corporate location, and acts as a training facility for new employees to the franchise. Its oddly located in a mixed use office/retail location which took me a minute to find the first time. There is also a flame broiler corporate office in the same center, so make sure your at the correct restaurant location. They literally weigh on a scale the amount of meat they give you each time. So of course the portion control is always the same, but I'm always longing for a little more. They are often training new employees, which has been fine. I'm just glad those people are getting jobs. But the scale really annoys me. I may frequent an independently owned franchise...

As soon as it's your turn you watch them build your bowl/plate right in front of you so you know it's exactly how you want it. The place is super clean and the staff is friendly and energetic.
