KAY Jewelers — Local services in Santa Ana

Yesterday, April 30th., my wife and I stopped by the Kay Jewelers at Santa Ana Main Place Mall. I recently purchased a men’s diamond/sapphire wedding band, in which the sapphires turned from a brilliant “Blue” to extremely dark/black in color. A young female employee initially began to assist us and was amazed in the color of the sapphires. She took my ring to her Manager, “Annabel”, who stated “You need to take that ring to the Kay store who you purchased it from”. I replied I was under the impression I could take my ring to any “Kay” store, especially since I purchased the warranty. The Manager stated, “You guys were mean to me in the past, threatening to report me to cooperate. I’m not helping you”. Honestly, my wife and I had no idea what this “Kay” Manager was talking about and we definitely did not report her to Kay Cooperate. We left and drove to the “Kay” jewelers outlet in the City of Orange, where I purchased my diamond/sapphire wedding band. We were treated with dignity and respect by employee “Sasha”, who gladly excepted my ring to send it in for a professional cleaning. We walked into this store with the understanding we would “Never” purchase another piece of jewelry from “Kay”. However based on the exceptional Customer Service we received from Sasha, I purchased a beautiful diamond/blue topaz ring for my wife’s 71st birthday, exceeding $1300.00. I highly recommend this particular “Kay Jewelers” for anyone looking for quality and outstanding...

Julian was soo welcoming , it was so comforting speaking to him. He saw me fall in love with my oval diamond , he was such an amazing help. I never been so nervous and worried about choosing an engagement ring , because I never had one. Julian went above and beyond to help me and he was so very patient with me for the past 2 days lol. Came in looking for a promise ring for my girlfriend for our anniversary, and only intended to come in and browse, but Emily helped me out by looking at the rings! Saw a very beautiful infinity knot ring, and she gave me so much information on resizing if needed, polishings, and even their specials! In the end, I ended up walking out with a beautiful ring for my girlfriend, and an happy experience here at Kay’s with Emily...
